A lot of room in the fridge and the freezer has so much space. It was an easy pick up since our old freezer stop working we were able to pick it up same day. Only waiting a few minutes! Great service!

The only issue is the water dispenser sometimes has a drop of water in the tray but that could be the result of family members using the ice maker before me. Very satisfied!

When delivered, the water line to the ice maker and door did not work. Replacement came two weeks later but it had a dent in the door. Installer able to properly connect water line to first refrigerator and it has work without problems since then.

Easy to use and was delivered quickly . Will do business with Best Buy again! Food is staying nice and cold, easy cleaning, great door space and ice maker works perfectly. There is so much space in the fridge and freezer! The water and ice dispenser is a much have with kids! The black stainless is sleek and modern. Love that the door beeps to remind my children to close the door! Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased a month ago, this Samsung replaced a newer LG model due to some electronic issues, and the Geek Squad protection plan saved us! The biggest bonus for us is that the ice maker makes tons of ice, and we haven't run out yet. This family of four loves ice water. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. Fit and finish is better than average. Everything glides open and closes well. My only knock would be that the middle french door hinge sometimes isn't in the proper place when I close the door and it hits the other door when it closes.

Quiet refrigerator!

Everything works as expected, the only issue I have is shelf placement and a solid shelf on top rather than two separate shelves. Nice look and feel.

The only thing I dislike is at this price point is the limited space for items as the ice maker takes up quite a bit of space.

The water and ice dispenser do not have a light and I wish I would have have known that before I purchased it. Just one of those things you don’t realize until after you’ve bought it. For $2200 you’d think you would get a light. The doors hold themselves open for some reason. When you try to close the door it pushes back on you.

Great, except for slight door inconvenience.
