When we got it, the ice maker would only make crushed ice and it's been a problem the entire time we have had it. So if you order this, just be sure to check the ice maker right away so you can return or exchange!

After 1 Year Warranty Watch Out

One and a half years after I purchased the refrigerator, the ice maker went out. I've always been pleased with Samsung products, but not with this one. Buyer beware after 1 year; this is not what I would consider a quality product.

Spacious - yet fits into the space left by the old machine. The only downside was the third party delivery service who kept saying it was too large to bring it into the house.

This Frigidaire was a bit more expensive but Best Buy had it on sale and I used the 24mth no interest. It’s been great so far. Looks great and runs quiet.

It makes a little bit of ice in the off position but none when on. Samsung was responsive to the complaint, but when they could not get a repair person to us they wanted us to return it for store credit. Eventually, after waiting two weeks and trying again, we have a repair scheduled.
