There is lots of space inside, it cools quickly, and is convenient with the bottom freezer. The stainless coating does a pretty good job keeping fingerprints off too.

The front panel on the ice maker keeps pushing forward and makes the ice maker itself anyou're a shelf inapproprible. Have to open the door push the front panel on the ice maker back in the position and the position and then it works I don't think that should be the case On a $2000 refrigerator.

The first time we were moving into a new house and wanted a nice refrigerator to go in the kitchen. We previously owned a Samsung refrigerator in our old house and never had any issues. With the first one we received, the ice maker never worked. It took a few months to get it serviced to no avail and then to get a replacement refrigerator. Once the replacement arrived I thought all of our problems were solved. Boy were we wrong! The replacement didn’t cool at all! We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and ended up returning it to Best Buy to purchase another brand! Once we did the research, we found out there was a class action lawsuit out for Samsung refrigerators being sold with faulty ice makers. So please do your research before you buy this item!

Delivery team refused to install my unit as my hallway was just under 30" wide. "Fridge isn't fitting with less than 30 inches" is what I was told. Had them leave it in the garage. I took the doors off myself (needed to take the freezer tracks off as well) - and my wife and I got it in the house and installed (29 7/8" will work). Heck of an evening, but the fridge is awesome!
