Best fridge that I have owned! Has lots of room in the fridge and the freezer. Water dispenser and ice maker work good, which was a requirement when purchasing a fridge.

Love the new fridge, super spacious and helps keep everything organized

A great upgrade to my old one. My only complaint is no light on water dispenser.

Overall like the refrigerator, improvement can be made on the inside small drawer. It is hard to close it evenly. Shelves and crisper drawers are of better quality than others we compared. Freezer is large & extra shelf is nice. Would be nice to have the drain shelf included in the external ice dispenser instead of having to purchase later.

I am loving this fridge! I made a big mistake and downsized my fridge when the kids moved out about 5-6 years ago. It was way too small and it was frustrating. I finally researched some good refrigerators and spoke with the Appliance Expert at our local store. He recommended this Samsung refrigerator because he knew we wanted a water/ice dispenser and more room. What sold me was the 10 warranty on the compressor. We've had it for a week and we love it. It is so quiet, the water is always cold and refreshing and I love all the room we have now. So glad we got it on sale for Labor Day.

Large enough for all my items, no more looking for storage space.

This Samsung french door fridge has my entire family excited! The layout of this fridge allows my children to grab a quick snack out of the fridge at ease and also allows for me to stop store and separate all types of groceries accordingly. Now, onto customer service. Hands down the best customer service we have experienced searching for a major appliance. From the start with the salesman, to the delivery men bringing it to our house. Go with Best Buy! Promise you won't be disappointed.

Everything is so far so good. 4 stars only because lack of light for water and ice was dissapointing.

This is a very spacious fridge and I love it! The only thing is that it does have an odd scent when you first get it. I would defiantly clean it out before use.

Great refrigerator. Wish there was a better design for the ice box. Takes up a bit of space

Keeps things cold but within 2 years the fan was constantly having issues. This is a known issue on this fridge. Cost to replace parts are nearly as much as the fridge.

This is an excellent fridge and has so much room. Great buy.

So far, we are delighted with this product. Thought I was in love with our 20 yr. old side by side refrigerator. Little did I know - it is so much easier organizing food in the bottom freezer. love the soft blue lighting, and plenty of it. I miss having light in the outside water and ice dispenser. Then there is the ten-year compressor warrantee. I found this same product at another major store, HOWEVER, -- Best Buy had same appliance for over $400 less, available for fast, free delivery, and set-up; I ask you what more is there to ask for.

This fridge has been a great investment and have enjoyed its quality. The build seems good and the cooling capabilities seem to be excellent.

The first fridge we got had a couple issues. Best Buy exchanged it and this one seems good. We like the amount room inside and how it's designed. Freezer at the bottom works out well.

This was a great buy. Its been only be a few months. It is spacious and really looks nice in my kitchen.

A lot of space for storing food and works well, but I don’t like that you can’t use the crush ice option.
