Got this fridge on sale for $500 leas than sticker price. The fingerprint proof is not perfect but lasts well and does not get many, and I have two teenage boys. It was exactly what we wanted and beautiful to look at. Very happy with our purchase.

Ice machine pops out and doesn’t know if it’s crushed or iced. Top shelf is too short for any bottles.

Got installed 4/1 - ice maker never worked. 4/8 Geek Squad came out to tell us they need to order new motor. She also informed me of a class action lawsuit. WHAT? And Samsung still is making defective refrigerators . Today 4/20, installed new motor and replaced front flap where water comes out. geek squad was already to leave and we said well let’s see if it works. We went to get ice and it was making a horrible horrible sound. He took off the flapper part and that didn’t fix it. So now he said he has to see if maybe they were updates and I’ll have to just have someone come back out. Horrible horrible. My whole experience with getting the refrigerator installed“Best Buy never showed“ I had to pay to have it installed by someone else. And just my whole customer service an experience with Best Buy has been nothing but extremely poor. The frig came with a dent as well. My experience with the Samsung refrigerator is equally poor. Sometimes the simpler things in life are just that - much simpler. Think I should be granted a replacement.

We got this Samsung refrigerator about a month ago. Works great and has lots of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The delivery guys were great and the price was good. The only thing it doesn’t have is a light on the water/ice dispenser. I would highly recommend it.

We have had the Samsung refrigerator for about a month with no issues. The best thing about this purchase was that we were able to get it ordered and delivered in a timely manner (2 weeks) after waiting on a Tyler store to confirm it for over 2 months! The only "negative" is a metal stick-on plate at the top right-hand corner of the door that announces the warranty period. That is an unnecessary "decoration."

Good Product except it took days for the ice cubes

I love this fridge, but there are just some unused spaces due to shelf sizing. Also we have a lot of gallon size jugs and large drink container and not options to move middle shelves and limited spaces in door. Love size of freezer and deli drawer

Great refrigerator. We like ice and water in door and the front panel is bigger than other frig's and accommodates our larger reusable cups & glasses. It has better drawers in freezer helping us have a variety of sized packages. Inside has only a few adjustable height shelves but we've realized it has not limited our interior storage. I revommend it.
