We like ice and water in door and the front panel is bigger than other frig's and accommodates our larger reusable cups & glasses. It has better drawers in freezer helping us have a variety of sized packages. Inside has only a few adjustable height shelves but we've realized it has not limited our interior storage. I revommend it.

The best thing about this purchase was that we were able to get it ordered and delivered in a timely manner (2 weeks) after waiting on a Tyler store to confirm it for over 2 months! The only "negative" is a metal stick-on plate at the top right-hand corner of the door that announces the warranty period. That is an unnecessary "decoration."

Loud humming refrigerator

About 3-4 months after having it, the compressor slowly started to get louder. Not so loud that it sounded like it was going out or about to break. Just a hum that over time now can now be heard in other rooms of the house. It is April now and the hum is loud enough to be heard in any room of our house. I've tried several things and even took the back panel off to see if something was hanging on the compressor causing a vibration. Couldn't find anything obvious. Then, to top this off, just last week, after having the product for 9-10 months now, the ice in the ice marker started defrosting. This means that the ice is soft and when I get ice, a fair amount of water comes out of the ice dispenser first. Sometimes leaking onto the floor over night.
