Works well had a dent in front so opened box. Use in garage for extra space and chill beverages. Has a lot of space and cools well. I have counter dept in kitchen so I need more space at times, Easy to clean. Like French door

This refrig is excellent. It was an open box but there were no surprises. The only damages were what we observed at the store. The refrig itself is great. The bottom refrig drawer comes off track if you only open it halfway then close it back. This doesn't happen if you open it fully. The control panel takes a little getting used to but we are pleased so far

This fridge has plenty of room and the ice maker and water dispenser work great.

We've always had Samsung appliances and have rarely had issues with them, which is why it's so disappointing to have to write this review. We ordered this fridge when our old one started leaking from the water filter holder. We decided to upgrade to a model that had an external water and ice dispenser, and this was on sale with pretty good reviews, so we took the plunge. Delivery and setup was great. The team came on time and connected everything. We ran into problems once the fridge started settling in. I had read some pretty dicey things about Samsung and its history with ice makers, but was under the impression that the issues had been resolved a couple of years ago. Not sure if this was just a bad unit, but the ice bucket refused to stay locked in its housing. It constantly pushed out as the bucket filled up and I had to push it back in multiple times a day to avoid the ice melting and clumping together. After doing this for a week, I called Samsung to see what they could do. They gave me instructions on how to properly seat the ice bucket, which I followed. The solve worked for less than a day. With all this frustration and hearing some rattling from the fan, I decided to exchange it for a comparable LG model. The irony is that there's a sticker on the ice maker that says it has a 2 year quality warranty. The refrigerator and freezer were great, and overall I'm still happy with Samsung as an appliance maker, but will definitely steer clear of their refrigerators until they can get their act together and produce properly functioning ice makers.

The ice maker is not the best. Also, there is limited space in the refrigerator. The doors have to be forcibly pushed closed. I was told this is normal for this machine; my old French door refrigerator did not have this issuem

So far so good. It's fairly a large refrigerator. Make sure it fits your space.

Love the French doors! So much space! A big step up from our old fridge.

We purchased and installed this refrigerator in June of last year. About 3-4 months after having it, the compressor slowly started to get louder. Not so loud that it sounded like it was going out or about to break. Just a hum that over time now can now be heard in other rooms of the house. It is April now and the hum is loud enough to be heard in any room of our house. I've tried several things and even took the back panel off to see if something was hanging on the compressor causing a vibration. Couldn't find anything obvious. Then, to top this off, just last week, after having the product for 9-10 months now, the ice in the ice marker started defrosting. This means that the ice is soft and when I get ice, a fair amount of water comes out of the ice dispenser first. Sometimes leaking onto the floor over night.

Seems like a nice refrigerator and delivery was perfect, so it gets 4 stars. If it lasts past six years I may upgrade it to 4.5 stars and if it actually last the ten years it claims then 5 stars. previous model we just replaced was LG (never buying LG again (EVER)) which made it a whooping 5.5 years before dying, what garbage, and the support was non existent, verbally challenged, and incompetent!!!!! Okay I probably should only do three stars but the delivery guy was REALLY sharp, spoke excellent English, answered all of my questions honestly.

The refrigerator compartment seems to be nice and the look is really awesome. I am not impressed with the freezer just yet. I feel it is cheaply made, flimsy, and feels like it will break each time it is opened.
