The fridge is working great. It was delivered and installed with not a scratch on it. The service by our in house sales man Jack, was top notch.

Also, there is limited space in the refrigerator. The doors have to be forcibly pushed closed. I was told this is normal for this machine; my old French door refrigerator did not have this issuem

If it lasts past six years I may upgrade it to 4.5 stars and if it actually last the ten years it claims then 5 stars. previous model we just replaced was LG (never buying LG again (EVER)) which made it a whooping 5.5 years before dying, what garbage, and the support was non existent, verbally challenged, and incompetent!!!!! Okay I probably should only do three stars but the delivery guy was REALLY sharp, spoke excellent English, answered all of my questions honestly.

Freezer is flimsy

I am not impressed with the freezer just yet. I feel it is cheaply made, flimsy, and feels like it will break each time it is opened.

Amazing Storage

Easy access to the water filter is just icing on the cake. The chest freezer is amazing, now I can use my garage freezer for more nefarious purposes!
