3rd Samsung refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator back in October. The first refrigerator we received the ice and water dispenser would not stop leaking. Best Buy kindly returned it and replaced it with another. This one would not cool down. We lost all the food in our refrigerator. We had just gone shopping and our entire freezer and refrigerator of food went bad. They of course returned that one and we are on our 3rd refrigerator. This one wasn’t leaking for the first couple of months. Now it’s leaking Niagara Falls out of it. I called Best Buy to schedule an appointment to get repair and I was told that they don’t have a technician available EVER to come repair the refrigerator. They told me that I had to contact Samsung directly and see if they can find someone to repair the refrigerator. Do NOT BUY SAMSUNG refrigerators. This is one thing Samsung dropped the ball on. Anyways I contacted Samsung and they only have automated processes for their repairs. Or for anything really. I have yet to find a place that repairs these refrigerators. As a total tech member I was promised installation and repair services, I want to trade this one in for another brand.

The ice dispenser freezes up and stops making ice, and the water pours incredibly slowly. Filling up a decent sized glass going to take you at least a couple of minutes. Just look up complaints on this ice-maker, I can't believe Samsung released it.
