Fridge is wonderful. Service was good. The only thing better would have been a white fridge but with all the shortages it was back ordered.

Enjoying it thus far. Really like the wider side by side feature with the freezer at the bottom. The water comes out tasting good. Forgot to ask how to keep it shiny. I due notice finger prints easily show up.

This fridge is good but needs more flexibility with interior shelves and door compartments. Not enough space to fit the essentials all in one place. Overall satisfied

Love this Samsung Refrigerator, this is the 2nd Samsung I have purchased from Best Buy you can not beat the quality or price. I would not purchase any other brand.

Found this refrigerator right away at Best Buy. Wanted something my tall husband could reach into and find things easily and I wanted the water and ice dispenser so we both won! It’s an easy clean surface on the outside. So far so good!

A great refrigerator! Keeps food cold and fresh for a very long time. Freezer section is quite large and food stays frozen in 0 degree F temperature. Water and ice dispenser conveniently located in the left door

The two men who delivered the refrigerator were great. They placed it exactly where I needed it. They gave me some instructions about discarding some water and ice initially to clear the water line so there wouldn't be an off taste.

We really like this refrigerator. The french door is so much better than the side by side we used to have. The ice maker and water dispenser are excellent. I would definitely recomend this brand and style of refrigerator.

The fridge is great! It has tons of space and the interior is very customizable when it comes to shelf placement. I just wish that the water/ice dispenser had a light.

I love the fridge the only thing i don't like is that it makes alot of mess when we get ice in a cup other than that is ok

All in all, this refrig. is working fine. My major complaint is the limited adjustability of the shelves. Top shelf its fixed (9") clearance is too low for many items. The mid shelf is adjustable. But again, the net result is poor. Arrived at 7" clearance. Raise right half of shelf to 3". This may seem very narrow, it is. However, it is the only way to obtain a clearance over (8 1/2") needed for liquid carton (Milk, OJ, Half&Half, etc.) and many other items such as (Ketchup, wine bottle, 2 liter drink, etc.). You do have one door shelf for these items, but if you use more than three of these items, you need to move shelves. My recommendation to Samsung is, get rid of the small bottom full width drawer and increase the shelf area and adjustability.

So far so good! Was able to get this delivered pretty quick. Has lots of space in the fridge area and freezer area. It got cold pretty quickly as well.

Love my new Samsung Refrigerator! It has lots of interior space so it holds lots of food and drinks, keeps foods at perfect temperature, and it looks great. I especially like that it is fingerprint resistant!
