At the time for delivery the delivery people only delivered a freezer and not the refrigerator. Which both items were to be delivered the same day. The following day then the refrigerator was finally delivered later that day refrigerator was making a weird noise. Couple of days later we noticed refrigerator stopped cooling. Had to go back to purchase another one. Which should arrive until December 16th. Let see how that one turns out.

I was not sure at first I kinda thought the French doors freezer on the bottom would be a pain but I was totally wrong it seems to have more useable space than any others we have had and so far drawers work great. Ice Maker Failures Are Very Real

I never write one star reviews but this thing is not acceptable. The refrigerator looks nice and seems to have a good build quality, but the ice maker failed within a year and a half of purchase. We've tried resetting it, cleaning it out, restarting it, etc. It always forms too much excess ice and has stopped working entirely regardless. Ice makers are not covered under geek squad protection, as they are considered "accessories" to the fridge and not the fridge itself. This is a common problem with Samsung fridges. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Exterior is no frills fingerprint free finish. Exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was great. The guys delivering took the doors off pretty easily to get some additional clearance then reassembled quickly. Best Buy always does well with customer service as well.
