    My ice maker stopped working after 1 1/2 years. Best Buy service is horrible. I am a Total tech member AND bought the warranty and they won’t send anyone out. Never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

    To Whom It May Concern, On Wednesday December 2nd, 2020 I spoke with a geek squad customer service representative, named Christina, regarding setting up an appointment to replace the water line for a fridge that I had ordered from Best Buy. As the call progressed, Christina became combative, belligerent and eventually hung up on me, stating that she would “take care of the issue”. After this encounter with an extremely rude customer service representative, we had an appointment on Saturday December 5th, 2020 for a team to come and replace the waterline. However, nobody showed up on that day; and, after a call to Geek Squad where I spoke to a much more helpful customer service representative, named Trenton, I was informed that no team had been assigned to replace the waterline on Saturday. Even though Christina had discourteously informed us that she would “take care of it”, it is clear that Christina had been derelict in her duties. I am writing to ask that you hold Christina accountable for her actions, which have cause us the distress of no water source while the waterline was not replaced, and for her unprofessional demeanor when interacting with paying customers. I hope you can make this right. The fridge also came with two dents on the doors and post setting up the fridge, my whole kitchen was littered with debris from the packaging of the fridge without any courtesy from the delivery men. I have bought several items from BestBuy but will never recommend buying any big ticket items from them. Thank You,

    Will never buy again they didn’t even put the refrigerator together for me it didn’t come with the water line all they did was delivered it

    Do not waste your money. I bought this refrigerator the minute of Jan, and by the first of May it was no longer working. Started with the freezer saying the internal temperature was 0 but my food was thawing. Tried adjusting it colder, didn’t change anything. Called Samsung and did their troubleshooting steps and it made it worse. After this my refrigerator portion wouldn’t hold a temperature, but again the internal reading said it was 37. I have spent almost 3 weeks fighting with Samsung to get a refund and accommodation for the food I lost in this process. It’s not worth the headache.

    Samsung French doors fridge with door defective

    The refrigerator was defective. Two hours after installation we notice a draft from the French doors when passing the refrigerator. Cold air was from between the doors and the interior light was shinning through a gap. The flip on the left door was not catching hence the cold air came out. The left door also kept swing shut and not staying in the open position. We return the refrigerator a.s.a.p.

    Our refrigerator had cosmetic damage from shipping to the Best Buy location, I have had a lot of problems getting this issue reconciled. The refrigerator itself works great.

    I would not purchase this fridge ever. The icemaker went out right after the warranty(how convenient) and now not even two years later, I am being shocked my the top corners of the fridge doors. That should not be happening

    The fridge is Great. The low review is for the delivery men. The fridge came with dents. They said they would record it and notify the store so we can arrange for a replacement. I called the store within two weeks to follow up. They never did any of what they said they would. The fridge couldn't be replaced because it was 14 days. Here I am stuck with a dented fridge. Thanks for nothing, BestBuy
