For the price and quality of the panel/specs, I definitely got more than what I paid for... so far! Hope this bad boy holds up well in the future.

I contacted support because I was sure this was a mistake but they didn't even offer to ship replacements. They sent me to the part ordering sight for Samsung and told me to look there. The problem is on that site it's not specific about what screws are which and instead of finding out which screws I needed they just gave me a phone number to ask someone else. I figured out the problem on my own later. Monitor quality is not bad and my little brother is happy, but it's not great enough value that it makes up for the fact it may or may not be missing hardware. Also, a big issue is that there aren't VESA mount points (this would've made the missing screw issue easier to troubleshoot if there were) on this monitor so you're locked into the monitor arm the provide, so if you already have swinging arms get another monitor.
