You can mess around with the monitor settings if you are knowledgeable but for a first time PC build I wouldn’t recommend it, since the monitor is ready to go when you take it out of the box. Side note: This monitor is on bigger end and if you do happen to have a small setup, it’s still possible to have this monitor.

This goes with every Samsung gaming monitor I have seen. I only chose a 1080p monitor because it was enough for me but the 240 hz made it even better.

May end up returning it, but if it didn't have that problem, I'd say it's a great screen! Love the OS, very solid menu controls and options.

I have been using it for my PC and Ps5/Ps4. The graphics are able to go as far as your Pc's limit.

I went from a 165hz AOC to this 240hz Samsung G40 monitor. What a difference! Big upgrade over my AOC G2. I plan on getting a second Samsung g40 27" for a dual monitor set up. Do yourself a favor and buy this monitor, you won't regret it!
