The monitor I received had a beautiful picture. The color and clarity were exceptional. But several times a day my computer would completely freeze up when this monitor was connected to it, and I never had that problem with my previous monitor. After 4 or 5 days of my computer constantly freezing, I went back to my old monitor, and the problem ceased. My computer is less than 3 years old, so I wouldn't think the freezing had anything to do with my computer being too old.

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your Monitor up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your Monitor – With the Monitor powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the Monitor restarts. This helps refresh the system.

I only have one gripe, and it's that there is only one HDMI port. Otherwise, this monitor is fantastic for what I need! It runs smoothly and works like a dream. I would buy another in the future if I need to.

Quality and size is really great. My FPS for competitive gaming has improved since receiving this monitor. Best Buy was also incredibly helpful in having this in stock and helping me out. It's easy to assemble.

If you're new to PC gaming like me then this screen is a great value. FPS games running at 240hz is like a new world compared to console gaming.
