I honestly didn’t realize how much of a difference a monitor could make until I got it. The OLED display is on another level. The blacks are truly black, colors are super vibrant, and everything just looks insanely sharp and smooth.
The 360Hz refresh rate makes gameplay feel unbelievably fluid. There’s no blur, no tearing just smooth motion that feels almost unreal. Even scrolling on the desktop feels satisfying.
What surprised me most is how good everything looks, not just games. Watching videos, editing even everyday browsing feels premium. The design is sleek and modern and it fits perfectly into my setup. It really feels like a high end piece of tech.
Yes, it’s an investment but it’s 100% worth it if you care about performance and visuals.

This monitor looks amazing and has great color, response time, and doesn't scream gaming monitor which i love. The only consistent issue i have with the monitor is the pixel shift goes too far over and cuts of a decent chunk of the left side of the screen. and only the left side. The close button on mac will disappear and the only way to see it again is to restart the monitor. Samsung says this is a feature and not a bug, so i cant in good conscience give a 5 star review. 4 stars because it is inherently flawed. They say its not a problem if the edge is cut off on their wesbite, but i cant see buttons so it *is* an issue. Go with a different brand that doesnt have the issue with pixel shift cutting if your gonna spend that much money. There is no way this is working as intended.

If you play games regularly, the difference is night and day. The contrast vs my IPS does not compare at all. I'm sure you've heard all the advantages of OLED, so the disadvantages (minor) I'll point out.
1) Brightness can be an issue for some, as its not quite as bright as my IPS panel monitor. However, it's only minor for me because my room is not too bright in general; so no need it to be too bright anyway. The deep colors, contrast, and overall vividness of the display are pros that outweigh this con.
2) I have OLED burn-in anxiety. This model has some features and screen optimization to help this know OLED issue. However I have not had it long enough nor have noticed any sign of burn-in (fortunately). Despite the features, I try to keep my usage of the monitor for games and videos. I keep the static images to a minimum when I can help it.

This is a fantastic monitor that I picked up on a Black Friday sale. It is an insanely fast OLED panel at 360hz. The glossy panel has a wonderful picture with deep blacks and vibrant colors. The screen can pick up glare from lights in the room, but it is very manageable and hasn't been a an issue for me. The features are also impressive with two HDMI 2.1 ports and a KVM switch to easily switch between two computers. It is also fully compatible with Series X and PS5 as it can accept a 4K signal and downscale to 1440p. I highly recommend this monitor.

The monitor delivers on its promise of an infinite contrast, lightning fast response time, and one of the highest refresh rate display. The matte coating doesn't bother me at all, I appreciate it being there to reduce glare. If you're not in a very lit room, I find the monitor to be more than bright enough for a great HDR and SDR experience. The quirks are: DSC has a bug on Nvidia cards that makes the display go black for a second every time you alt tab out of a fullscreen application. Another one is that using HDMI has alwags given me issues with the screen going black for a second for no reason. Displayport works just fine. This display is a great buy if you need a 1440p OLED with a matte coating, or if its cheaper than the MSI MPG model since that one has many more features like a USB-C PD port, a KVM, and no matte coating.

I am sure there are many amazing OLED monitors but I got this one on sale for a great price. This was my first OLED monitor and what a crazy difference it makes. My games are buttery smooth with the most amazing crisp and vibrant colors. Definitely would recommend this monitor.

Paired with an RTX 5080, this is type of monitor is the best option. Most games I run on high quality settings with DLSS and Ultra Performance as my settings. I average about 300+ frames on almost every game I play, especially CoD BO6. This monitor handles everything very well and it's a significant difference in picture quality and Performance vs a 165HZ 2K monitor that most people commonly use.
When paired with a powerful GPU, you get a very smooth experience, significantly better picture quality because of the OLED, and yes, darker colors stand out better and more detailed, so things just dont blend in like they would on a cheaper quality monitor.
If you know you can't get high FPS with your current set up, consider this monitor with the 240Hz limit, as it's a little cheaper in price, but the same great quality.

Greatest investment I have made in a monitor. The quality for the price is great, hard to find an OLED with 360hz for a similar price to this monitor. The 3 year warranty by samsung is also a nice touch on top of that.

Monitor has beautiful colors, I have it next to a Acer Predator 240hz and it's night and day difference in games. The only issue is the knob to access the menu it feels cheap but it has not broken on me like other reviews have mentioned.

I was looking for a high-quality screen with a fast refresh rate, and this Samsung monitor delivers. Colors are great, images pop, and it is fast. This is an excellent monitor for a wide range of tasks.

There are so many negative reviews about the matte OLED gaming monitors and that is mostly from the ignorant indiviuals who just believe gloss is best. There are pros and cons to literally EVERY OLED monitor out there but this one did not disappoint for me. It is also the cheapest 1440/360 OLED and has been all pros for me. I am coming from a 1440/240 samsung g7 and am in love with this OLED in all the gaming I do.

The Samsung 27" Odyssey OLED G6 has been a great monitor for me. I have been using it for almost six months now, and it has performed consistently well. The 360Hz refresh rate and OLED panel make everything look incredibly smooth and vibrant, especially during gaming. The response time is excellent, and overall performance has been flawless.
It was easy to set up and connect, and it works well with VESA monitor mounts and clamps, which made my desk setup much cleaner.
My only wishes are that it were 4K instead of QHD and that it had built in speakers. While the display quality is excellent, having those extra features would have made it nearly perfect.
Overall, it is a fantastic gaming monitor with top tier performance and beautiful visuals, just missing a couple of convenience features.
