I have always loved the colors on Dell but the 27" options were a little out of my budget. I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged one of the Samsung monitors next to the Dell. I will check Samsung first in the future when I go bigger.

The menu control on the back works like a trackpoint button on laptop keyboard. It takes some getting used to but it's fairly easy to find and reach from under the front of the monitor. Would recommend.

We purchased a 24" and 27" not knowing which one to keep. I thought the 27" was huge but I wouldn't be without it now. So much easier to see what I am doing at my desk. And it was extremely easy to install. So thankful for my purchase!!

It is nice and bright for her and easy to set up on her new computer. I really like Samsung products, and I have several different items made by Samsung.

Worst Experience Ever

No complaints on the product. 1-star rating is for Best Buy service and my overall experience. Best Buy sent me the wrong product, someone's else kindle. When I reached out to the customer service, the representative insisted that I will not get my monitor until they receive the return. No exceptions. Best Buy, I think you forget that YOU sent me the wrong product and now put the blame on me and withhold my product until i fix your mistake. I guess this is your interpretation of good customer service. I canceled my order at the end.
