Damaged Products

The lady on the phone offered me a $50 card. She also told me to go to the store about the problem as well. I'm a busy person, however when time allows I will make the 35 mile trip to the nearest store to me. I'm hoping this will be resolved once there. I have already paid for someone to install the items.
