This is a spacious refrigerator with good features such as the flex zone and flexible shelving. Meets all our needs and has served us well so far.

My wife has been complaining about our old fridge. This one was an open box special because it had a ding on it. We didn't care. It's been about a month and we love it. The doors are so much better than drawers. It gives you a shelf to put stuff on when you are picking things out which you only have because of the unique design. The flexibility to use three parts for fridge and one as the freeezer is extremely useful. She's happy, so I am happy!

We bought it in a package. Love the door alarm option. And we love how spacious it is compared to our old fridge. We'll definitely upgrade with the on-screen option. We also love purchasing at Best Buy when it comes to appliances in packages, Matthew was so helpful and patient with us. Even though it took us quite sometime to decide to go about buying a package. And he gave us a longer month financing that made it easier for us to decide and to give us more wiggle room just in case we can't pay it off within 18 months.

This thing is awesome. Tons of room. Bottom freezer can be freezer on one side or both sides.

loving the new fridge. love the optional flex zone. only downside to this is the ice maker. very slow. sometimes the cubed ice comes out crushed as well.

We were looking for a French door frig with a pull out freezer. We decided on this one instead because of the ease in accessing the freezer area. I love the Flex zone area because you can control the temp. I use it to keep my meat fresh longer without freezing. I have had it for about a month and it seems to be keeping my vegetables fresh longer too. The only negative thing is the water/ice dispenser. You have to be careful about what lever you are pushing. And the crushed ice isn't as crushed as I would like. This frig will best if there is no wall on either side. I have one wall on the right side and it's a little tight opening drawers in freezer area.

Love the layout, the flex zone, the crushed ice feature. Good quality, nothing to dislike.

Went looking for a door in the door feature. Smooth face with recessed door pulls cut down on fingerprints. It is very spacious inside with no wasted areas. Shelves and door pockets are adjustable and nice and sturdy. Four separate door areas took care of my desire for a door in a door. What really sold me was the versatile chamber that can be programed for freezer or refrigeration. Control Panel is easy to program. I am total pleased.

Not only does it look fancy (black stainless steel) but it is! We own a deep freeze and usually keep most of our stuff in that, and we ALWAYS need more space for drinks (sodas and beer) since we're always hosting. The bottom right serves as the drink section and we love it! The fridge does smudge so you'll have to be cleaning it frequently (I do mine weekly) it's just another part of my cleaning schedule.

I'm impressed with the versatility of this fridge. The only drawback is the noise factor of it. I am not used to the humming sound it makes. Otherwise it's a great addition to our kitchen appliances.

I love handing the freezer on the bottom but have always hated the drawer design. This fridge was the answer. There are plenty of adjustable shelves in the fridge and plenty of drawers and shelves in the freezer section. Everything can stay organized without losing and forgetting Benoit food that ends up covered up in the bottom of one of those giant drawers. The flex zone is great if you need extra fridge space instead of freezer space. It is a really customizable fridge. Only complaint is that the water outlet on the door sprays at a slight angle. If you are trying to fill a large container like a gallon water jug with a small inlet this angle makes it impossible to fill. Have to use a pitcher with a large inlet and then transfer the water to the jug.

Use flex zone as a freezer and love the bins and shelves. Great for organizing items

The fridge is great but the ice dispenser doesn't always work and the shelves don't adjust enough for taller things to fit, Like milk cartons. Also disappointed that it was damaged twice when delivered.

Great Refrigerator. Very spacious! We use the lower flex zone for the little one right now so that she can learn to start using the refrigerator, easy for her to access and not have the full weight of a full drawer/door.

This is roomy due to internal adjustments that are available (tip up shelf, half slider shelf, French doors for wide items). It is great that the lower right side can be adjusted to be additional freezer or refrigerator space depending on your personal needs! It is my favorite part of the unit! It is marketed as fingerprint resistant, but it gets fingerprints quite easily - I have to wipe down at least a couple of times a week so if this is the biggest selling point for you, don't get this one. The other downfall is that the ice/water dispenser doesn't work if the right side door is open. I understand the door it is in needing to be closed to function, but not allowing the top to be open at all seems a little restrictive.
