replaced a top freezer with this bottom freezer , love that , easy to see what i have , and I am able to take advantage of the grocery store frozen food specials.and looks real good , Frigde is black and is easy to clean , have not had problems with water dripping , read the start-up instructions , and the ice maker produces plenty of ice , so no problems with that either

The refrigerator is very good. Build is very strong. The 4 doors are very helpful. The flex zone is awesome. You can adjust the temperature and use it as a freezer also. PROs: Good build quality, Looks nice, fits perfectly, lots of space CONs: Icemaker makes some noise, finger print stays, cleaning needed frequently to keep it smudge free, the water filter is cheap quality

This thing is biGGG! I have had my old Kenmore fridge for a very, very long time. about 25years and guess what, it's still running strong and now I have retired it to my garage, and only keeping my extra beers and drinks cold and my portioned out frozen items. Now, back to this beast of a fridge. It has 2 doors, side by side and 2 sliding doors. The bottom sliding door is much bigger and has a sliding tray as well. This compartment is the freezer and the rest is just a regular fridge. I put lunch meats, cheese, eggs, etc. on the top sliding door. This fridge is very deep. I could fit a huge amount of beverages, containers of fresh and leftover foods. There are 2 drawers in the main compartment of the fridge. I put most of my produce in there. Also on the left side of the fridge, there is a shelf that you are able to put up. That is for things that are too tall for the normal shelf. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. Be sure to measure your space before purchasing this. Cause, like I said, it's big and very deep. If you have been looking for a solid fridge, get this. You will not regret it.

Terrible customer service from Best Buy. Didn't come in when it was suppose to. They could not tell me when it would be in. When it finally did arrive a week late, they couldn't deliver it for another week. Delivery people don't work with the sales people. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. The measurements posted of the refrigerator were not correct and it was actually taller and wider. We ended up having to remove a door in order to get it in our house.

This fridge is great, it includes flexible shelving as well as a variable temperature drawer plus spacer in the freezer drawer for ease of storage. The fridgerator drawers have humidity control and the ice maker and water dispenser work well too. There is plenty of space in this fridge for all types of items. The doors have plenty of space for condiments or drinks too.

For the fridge itself I will give 5 stars or more, is gorgeous, very spacious, perfect for what I always wanted (everything fits in there). I am not giving 5 stars because of the fact that I received the fridge with very deep dents on the bottom doors. I bought the fridge open box with a couple of dents because the price was amazing, but when the unit arrived there was extra dents worse than the original ones.

Love the fridge! The flex draw is perfect for cans, yogurt and other smaller items. The freezer with the top slide tray makes it very convenient to access items. The french doors are very nice as well since can open one or both. I think the flex draw is my favorite since you can fit several cases of pop or other beverages with no problem. I just wish there was a little more room for taller items like milk in the main compartment.

Great fridge with excellent space. Only wish is that the doors would close automatically.

Beautiful, roomy refrigerator. Quiet motor. Of course you hear the ice dropping, but what do you expect. I'm not at all bothered by the sound.

My wife and I purchased the refrigerator as an upgrade for our kitchen. We have been very pleased so far. The upper section is versitile and can be adjusted many ways to accommodate different sized groceries. The middle drawer is extremely useful for storing cold drinks, etc., and prevents the frequent opening of the main refrigerator. The freezer section also has ample storage room. The doors and two drawers function perfectly and the external styling adds a sophisticated look to our remodeled kitchen. We are 100% satisfied.

Pros: Tons of space. Flex zone drawer is a nice item to have. The finish is nice. This is a very quiet unit. LED lighting provides plenty of light and shouldn't need replacing. Adjustable shelving (about half of a shelf can be moved out of the way) allows for taller items to fit in the refrigerator. The flex zone has a nice divider that can be adjusted multiple ways (more on this below) Cons: I had condensation forming between the french doors. To alleviate this, Energy Saver mode had to be turned off. The flex zone gets colder than advertised. If I select the option for drinks, a bit of ice will form in them. The divider in the flex zone does not lock into place, so it is possible for things to shift around a little.

This is the coolest refrigerator I have found. Its convenient shelving and center drawer to keep lunch meat and drinks cold is fantastic. Also the lower freezer drawer holds so much more than my old side by side, with a convenient sliding shelf and large bins. I LOVE the fact that I am no longer standing on my head to see what is in the bottom of my fridge!!!

I love this refrigerator. The middle drawer is great for my kids to get drinks out of. It is very large and can hold a lot of food. Love it!

We really wanted a refrigerator with the flex drawer between the actual refrigerator and the freezer. We did look at other brands with flex drawers but they either didn't have a temperature control for the flex drawer or they cost more. So far we are very happy with the refrigerator. Pros: flex drawer with temp control is so convenient! Stores cold cuts, take out leftovers, snacks, basically anything that we know we are going to eat or drink throughout the day. Gallon size shelves on right door. Adjustable shelves that either flip up or slide. Separate cooling for fridge and freezer. Great lighting. Great tasting water and easy access to water filter. Our produce is lasting much longer! We don't throw out as much food which is a huge pro! Cons: Ice maker takes away storage on left door. Sometimes the ice maker is loud. Enough to startle you but we've become used to it. Sometimes the refrigerator makes an unpleasant humming as it is cooling. It isn't as loud as our previous refrigerator but it is annoying. We turned off energy saver mode and this seemed to help with the noise since it doesn't cycle as much. I'm pretty sure we will get used to it.

This is a great fridge - lots of room. Love the extra drawer which we use for cans of mixers.

Purchased online and scheduled for delivery. Everything came as expected and the installers was in and out within 40 minutes. Inspection was flawless and did not see any issues. Owned since November 28, 2017 and thus Samsung fridge is much improved than my previous one . My last one was very very was loud and made some annoying popping noise. This refrigerator has given me confidence that Samsung works out the quirks and just do put out junk. I have no complaints as of yet.
