Best Buy delivered and installed the refrigerator with no delays or issues. This model does not drop the last piece of ice on the floor after I walk off like our KitchenAid did. Great improvement. Things are easy to find and easy to organize. Runs quiet. Unless we have maintenance issues later this product is great!

I've purchased plenty of them over the years. But when remodeling this time around I decided to go for my dream refrigerator. The snack drawer makes it possible to grab and go without having to explore the entire fridge. Although if you do break down and open one of the French doors, it closes quickly and completely, even if you only open the one. The water dispenser is designed for the clumsy -- you can fill a water bottle one-handed without spilling a drop. The only drawback, and it's pretty minor, is that the ice cube maker takes up a bit of room on one of those sexy French doors. So, we just keep very small items on the shelves surrounding the ice cube maker.

Works Great, I love how much space there is and how easy it is to organize my food!

Very nice product. We bought an open box but when it delivers it wouldn't come out of demo mode. Took a little while to get everyone on the same page but within two days they had delivered a brand new fridge at the open box price!!! That's good service

2nd Samsung in 5 years - Ice maker is a problem - noisy and ices up - was repaired under warranty

The fridge works great. It’s nice and spacious and maintains good temps in all zones. The problem is, the fingerprints on the exterior are bad.

I love my new refrigerator..I have a two year old and it makes it so easy to get his snacks and drinks from the extra drawer. It's beautiful inside as well and the extra lighting on the inside of fridge makes all the difference!

After having the Fridge for a month it has been great! Plenty of room and love the look. The shelving for me took a little while to get used to but after learning to organize better it is working great. Seams like a great buy so far.

The freezer on the bottom is so convenient. My old side by side did not have as much interior space even though it was the same size. Really like the middle drawer also. I don't have to open the fridge every time I need something

With a large household needed at least a 28 cuft and this fit our needs reasonably. The separate compartments provide added functionality. Use the middle drawer for the kids stuff. Got this as a replacement to the previous model that had issues making ice. Ice maker was replaced 4x. Slight changes on this model and features I'm not a big fan of: Can't easily pull out the ice bin for manual dispense of ice or if jammed, left door shleves more crammed than previous so more limited on what can put,
