Been a Home Owner since the 80s and have had many Fridges, This is by far the best one we have owned. Best Buy delivered on time and did an awesome job setting it up.

We have been searching for this fridge for a while. Whereas it is a great fridge, we couldn't afford the full cost. We bought it as open box and it works great!!

We have it for over two months now, works great, energy efficient, we love it so far

Great product .. I like the middle shelf. It help the meat products from freezing yet stay fresh !

This refrigerator is not only very spacious but has well designed storage. The freezer is very large. The deli drawer is very convient and the independent temperature adjustment for drinks is great.

I changed my mind and have the stainless steel unit instead. The exchange was fast and easy, didn't even change the original delivery date. Thanks Best Buy!

When we first started looking at appliances the fridge was the hardest part. We decided on this one because of the flex door. We love it.

Good layout for our needs, working fine, but had to replace the ice maker already.

Great fridge for entertaining with it's drawer and large capacity ice maker. Love the layout of the fridge and we use the drawer more then we expected. My only reason for not giving this appliance 5 stars is because the ice maker does make a bit of noise from time to time.

We like the sliding tray and shelf in the freezer, and the variable use drawer is very handy.

Don't listen to nonsense of too loud etc etc...great product, bright lights, makes ice well...worth the price

The fridge is much louder than we expected. It hums very audibly while our previous fridge was silent. The ice maker makes less ice than it looked like it would.

bought this to replace a smaller, counter depth refrigerator. Love the display and space. The middle drawer is great, holds lots of whatever you want to put in there

we owned a Samsung fridge before and really didn’t want to go Samsung again but the sale rep reassured us that Samsung improved and we will not have any problems. Well the ice maker broke in less than a year. Everything related to the ice machine was frozen too much ice build up which is why the machine broke. Kinda similar to our old Samsung fridge. So we weren’t happy at all. They sent geek squad to repair it. Took about 2 weeks because parts had to be ordered. Fridge is now working as it should but I’m afraid of when my warranty runs out, it will break like the last Samsung fridge. Never again will I buy Samsung fridge

What a great refrigerator! Like the space, the design and the look

Purchased an open box item of this with no issues what so ever. Beautiful fridge and love the spacing inside. Definitely a strong and durable fridge!

So far so good with this Fridge. The middle drawer is awesome, we use the cold drinks setting and it keeps our drinks at 33 degrees so they are ice cold! We also love the through the door ice and water..one of our main buying reasons. Our old Samsung fridge did have condensation freezing behind the panel so hope that doesn't happen with this one.

This thing does everything and looks great, works great and is put together well. Better than I expected.

This refrigerator is a dream. The sound it makes took a day or two to get used to but I don't notice it now. I am very happy with this purchase.
