The reviews were very good. My inspection of the unit was really great. I have had it only a little over a week, but so far it met and even exceeded my expectations. The design is exactly what I wanted, and I particularly like the flex drawer. The only thing I never considered is that you cannot put magnets on a stainless steel fridge.

I've had this fridge for about a month now. The only issue I had with it was a dented door which Best Buy arranged to have replaced. The fridge is a little noisier than previous fridges, but it's not bothersome to me. The water nozzle drips a little the first few times you use it, but it will seal better the more you use it.

It is a nice size as long as you don't have a real big family. It also has a real noisy ice maker. I do like the separate drawer that you can control the temperature and make it warmer or colder depending on what you want to use it for.

Not happy with customer service response. Complaint about damage to item lodged and verified when item was delivered 01/02/15 but I have not received any response from BestBuy to date.

Good Refridgerator but it is a little noisier than I would have liked, The ice machine makes a mess while dispensing ice into normal sized glasses.

I love my new Samsung Refrigerator! The design is very morden and sleek. The inner shelf could be a little nicer with sturdy material! And yes, you can hear the sound because of the expansion and contraction!!

I love the size of this refrigerator. I previously purchased a cabinet-depth fridge because I thought it looked better in my condo, but it was seriously super small. I love having the middle drawer, I use it to store items for my lunch and can grab them quickly. Freezer is a great size, too!

Great fridge. Ours was tired and old and we needed a new one. Very spacious and love the snack drawer. My kids love that they can access snacks when they want them. Wish there was a ice maker in the freezer as well but we rarely need that much ice.

All the functions seem to work well, including the ice maker. Like some other units, if you don't regularly withdraw some ice, it can freeze unto a solid block. As other reviewers noted, it does make a lot of loud popping sounds randomly. Compressor sound is very low, but even after levelling the unit, it does the popping sound thing several times a day. I've also noticed, like some of the other reviews that there is a pretty limited amount of tall storage space in the fridge. Center drawer is nice, but we still need to figure out what best to put in there. Probably not really all that much of an advantage over a 3-door unit.

This is really a good refrigerator which serves all the basic functions in an efficient manner. Also the spacing options allow ample area to stuff-in all the food items.

The fridge is big and you can change the shelves to fit tall items. The freezer has nice shelves and compartments. The fridge draw keeps small stuff at easy reach for kids like yogurts and juice boxes.

Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator! When you select ice and press the dispenser button, the fridge dispenses water first & then ice. When you open the door to the fridge, ice & water drop out of the ice maker. The ice maker does NOT auto defrost! Ice builds up in the ice maker compartment. The dispensed ice is ALWAYS FROSTED! The water filter makes a loud noise when you dispense water. We have called Samsung starting right after the purchase. We were told that the water filter noise was normal. We were also told that it was normal for a little water to dispense when you selected ice and that issue would go away on its own after more use. This information was false! Samsung sent a "so called" authorized repairman to install a new ice maker. After almost a year, that company now says that their tech is NOT trained to work on Samsung equipment. Samsung has sent another authorized dealer who informed us that the ice maker installed by the previous tech has known issues and that although the part number is the same the part has been improved to fix the so called problem. Samsung will NOT pay to have the correct ice maker installed! They have NOT stood behind their product! ~ This fridge looks beautiful in the shiny black finish that almost shows your reflection on the show room floor. When you get it home, you find out that the finish shows fingerprints and EASILY scratches. One tech actually told me to wax the fridge. Summary ~ don't buy a Samsung fridge!

This refrigerator allows for us to adjust shelves to meet our needs. We love the middle drawer and use it for our weekly purchase of meat. The adjustable temperature keeps the meat fresh and we do not have to freeze to avoid spoiling.

The fridge looks beautiful upon first glance. The ice and water interface adds to its appearance and the function is very simple. The doors open smoothly and close easily. There are multiple stopping points for the doors so you don't have to worry about them swinging to far open or closing on you while looking in. It does pick up finger prints very easily but that is to be expected for stainless steel. Only two real complaints about the fridge is it is louder than I expected when both making ice and kicking on to cool. The first few days after buying it I found myself hearing something from the couch after the kids went to bed and I would go to the kitchen to investigate. Don't get me wrong, this is not loud by any means. Just louder than I expected. The second issue is there is so much wasted space shelving wise. It seems like we have many bottles and containers I feel are normal size that don't fit or are a very tight fight on most of the shelves. We are having to lay down many things we have stood up in the past. There is one small area where you can adjust the shelving to accommodate taller items but it seems like we have so many more items than what that particular area provides. There are not as many height adjustments as I would have hopped. Overall I do like this item both in appearance and function.

Excellent refrigerator at an excellent price checked everywhere for best for 6 months before purchasing this one

We have only had this about a month (and it's huge) but it seems to fit the bill. My mom is elderly and has so many little containers (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) That middle drawer is excellent for all of those. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this fridge except the ice maker isn't great. It does not give you a lot of ice at a time. Cubed really isn't cubed but small pieces. Other then that it's great.

The refrigerator is roomy and bright for our needs. The only thing that takes away space is the ice maker on the left side of the refrigerator. Worth the money!

I replaced my side-by-side refrigerator and am thrilled that I did. The center drawer is used more than any other area, keeping the rest of the areas unaffected. The French doors on the top open wide to wide shelves -- something I didn't have before. The slide back shelf is excellent for tall items. The drawer in the freezer section is a perfect location for smaller items. I like knowing what the temperature is in each section, and the fact that is runs so quietly that I never hear it. Having a mother who has dementia makes the alarms that warn of open doors/drawer an important feature.

Very nice looking and runs quiet. If you have multiple big items height-wise like gallon of milk, beer bottles and cider, there is limited shelf room. This problem is not a show stopper if have there additional refrigerator space.
