This refrigerator looks great and works great. I'm pleased to own this. Lots of space and it doesn't freeze everything like my old one did, trying to keep temperatures maintained.

Love it, the door in the door is a great feature. The all around cooling is very even. Can't say enough about the ice and water through the door. The is a very top notch appliance for the price range. The one thing I would caution people about is the weight of the door. It does get heavy. So fill it with only essentials.

All of the reviews were pretty much on target as far as the amount of light on inside of unit (very dark at rear of fridge and ice maker can't keep up with a large demand for ice) my added issues are no small drawer for small items like butter, packets of hot sauce, taco shells etc. and my freezer wont defrost Samsung was not very helpful about defrost issue (3 calls) but Best Buy is having the fridge fixed with one call. The grand kids love the fridge door and their very own space. I would recommend fridge if the defrost problem is fixed.

Many positives with this fridge. Great use of space. Nice freezer features. The best feature is the door in door access. We load up the front with the items we use most often. The only drawbacks are that there is no meat drawer and the ice maker is a little slow, but the other features more than make up for the shortcomings.

The only bad thing I can say about this fridge is that the ice dispenser is a little slow and you can accidentally bump the touch panel and turn off the ice maker. Seems to have even temperature distribution in the fridge and we have not had anything freeze in it yet. As for long term reliability I can not speak to that because we have only owned it for one month.

We were first impressed with the showcase. It's an innovative feature that we love. Drawers are accessible from the showcase door and makes accessing drinks, salad dressings and other condiments very convenient. This feature also controls the temperature better since the entire door isn't opened for everything. The freezer side has everything we wanted to include drawers for ice packs, shelves and a decent size ice maker.

Our new refrigerator/freezer is awesome! It's spacious, quiet, efficient, and attractive. The space is so well designed that I can eyeball everything quickly. The sleek exterior gives my kitchen just the chic touch I wanted. We could not use the adaptor hose that we had to purchase with the unit, but we just returned it.

I love this fridge so much that it is the 2nd one I purchased. When I sold my house a few months ago the fridge stayed with it. The fridge at my new house (Kenmore Elite) could not compete with the Samsung. So spacious and the showcase doors are really great! Beautiful and functional!

The good parts: Design, fit, space, light, temp control, and most useful front door. Not having to fully open fridge almost ever is Great, easy and convenient. The bad: It gets a bit noise at random times for no apparent reason. Had a Frigidaire for nearly 20 yrs prior to this upgrade and it never made this much noise. Have had feel guys out a few times to check on it but sadly it never gets as loud when they are around. As I said it's random. But so long as the noise doesn't affect the performance or longevity of the machine I can live with it as it is rare. Hope this helps.

Love the look of the fridge. The shelves are nice and easy to clean. There is plenty of light so its easy to see throughout the unit It holds a lot more than I though it would. Freezer is great I like how you have the drawers to place food in. I would definitely recommend this item.

Nice fridge. Lots of space. Even in the freezer side. So much more room since the ice maker is 100% in the door. Would be nice if the front doors were magnetic, but they are not. Only the sides are. The wireless feature (android app) is neat as it will tell you the power consumption per month and you can control the settings of the fridge as if you where at the front panel. Two things I have found that I don't like about it. 1) The ice dispenser seems to take a while to start dispensing the ice. Granted it is only 4-5 seconds, but I guess I am just used to my previous 10 year old fridge. 2) It doesn't come in white :( Over all, very nice fridge.

There's tons of space in this fridge! I can fit everything I need and more inside! I really like the alarm it has, for when you leave the door open or don't close the doors all the way! This was my first Samsung product I've purchased and I absolutely love it!

I love the showcase door so over look my other issues. I have located removeable refrigerator containers which gives me better storage options for deli items since I don't have a deli drawer, but the shelf does slide out which is convenient for large items when I want it. I have only had my fridge for a week so am still working out the kinks with the ice maker. It makes ice quickly but even though on cubed,wants to give me crushed until I keep pressing cubed. May have to call geek squad. Fridge gets cold and freezer is just right. Would buy it again.

This is by far the best fridge I have purchased so far. Others are enamored with the expensive 4 door version but will soon loose their excitement when you actually have to use it. The side by side fridge as lots of space and it perfect for a large family.

We are a family of 3 and this is a roomy, well designed refrigerator that fits perfectly into a snug corner of our kitchen. We love (and use) the door in door feature as well as the water and ice dispenser.. There is plenty of room in the freezer and even though we have a full size freezer in our basement, we find we are storing much more in this frig than in our old side by side. We are very happy with the look and feel of this refrigerator and with this purchase in general!

very practical extra door for quick access to mostly consumed items only issue so far was the ice maker, not working during the second week of purchase, figured out a way to re-set and it has been working perfect since then

We are pleased with all of the appliances we purchased. With this said however, the ice maker on the refrigerator is slow in dispensing ice and makes a loud noise. I have not yet called to determine if this is normal or a problem.

Wonderful refrigerator. The size is right for the two of us, a large family would think it is too small. The only problem we've had is that the ice-maker sometimes jams up (a small piece of ice gets stuck and the ice ejector stalls). A nice geek squad guy walked me through clearing the jam (remove the stuck piece) and told me how to find the reset button. Piece of cake, except we don't know the thing is jammed until we've run out of ice.

It is a good refrigerator in general. Only draw back so far is the ice maker/water dispenser. Most of the times when filling a glass, water or ice splits easy

I went into this purchase skeptical, it was inexpensive and it was a gargantuan fridge, but in my experience with Samsung fridges, they really know what they're doing when they make them. So, in spite of me being leery of the price, I jumped on it. I'm so glad I did. Several months in and this fridge is brilliant. It's lit well, the showcase is a nice feature, it has a ton of storage space, it's insanely deep, the ice maker has kept up with us southern tea drinkers with finesse (that's saying something) and it's a very quiet fridge. Fort Worth doesn't have the BEST tap water, but the filtration in this fridge changed that entirely. Water tastes awesome now and we're all happy campers.
