I love the new technology of the showcase refrigerator! It helps keep your day to day items at hand, while keeping the majority of the cold air from escaping while you open the showcase door! Would highly recommend!

I am very much satisfied with thus product. So spacious and convenient show door. Very easy to grab things from show door and of course energy saver.

I love the look of the fridge, thru the door water-ice dispenser works great and the show case door accommodates all of my bottles giving more space for larger pieces inside the fridge.

So far we love this fridge! The door in door feature is great for a family. The ice maker in the freezer door allows extra room in the freezer. Wish we would have bought this sooner!

The showcase door is a great feature. Easy access to frequently used items all while limiting exposure of the inner regions of the unit. There is a large amount of storage space that is further utilized by drawers under shelves and drawers available from the showcase door. This unit is very well thought out and smart. The only downside is fingerprinting, it shows on the handles and doors

The recessed handle design is just what we were looking for and creates a smooth, clean look. Interior provides plenty of space. Only con is the ice maker is rather small.

We came across this ridge as an open box return. Looked in the reviews and it seemed to be a upstanding and reliable model. There are two things that I did not realize about this fridge however. The stainless steel is not magnetic so you do not have the ability to hold thing on the front with magnets. Also, it does not fit through a normal door we had to remove the doors and then reassemble after we got it into the house. So far it does the jog that is intended.

Very modern design. The refrigerator works very quite. The space is little small compare to my old GE Profile 30.8 cubic feet. Overall very happy.

This is a fantastic fridge. The magnetic doors are very good for separating different items. It is also very spacious.

This product is amazing! Food stays fresh for weeks longer than in my previous fridge. Fingerprints easily wipe off and the showcase door feature is great. The only criticism would be that the ice maker is a bit small if you are a rapid ice user.

We can finally fit everything for a family of 4. We Love the convenience of the showcase outer door for easy reach it items.

This fridge is a lot more roomier than I thought. If you open full door, then the door is a bit heavy for kids, but overall it looks great.

This is the most innovative fridge in last 20 yrs!. French door is all good but the food just gets lost in the blackhole with time consuming inevitable searching. i like the original side by side design just because of that. this Fridge is large at 28 cu and it is cold!!!!.. even the showcase is cold.. excellent fridge. fridge is wifi and you can download a useless samsung app a 5 yr old put togther which shows you the temperature of the fridge. uh it also shows you on the display of the fridge.. unless you are storing vital organs or medication not sure u need to know temperature that bad..

This is a very well designed and aesthetically pleasing fridge. Has great functionality and has no problems.

Showcase door is great. There is lots of room inside. The shelves are deep and wide enough to fit my larger serving plates.

I would have rated it 5 stars, but the first one broke in less than a month. The "Geek Squad" phone person, Ron, who gave me misinformation in a previous situation, tried to tell me that I'd have to contact Samsung. I told him that I bought the refrigerator from Best Buy because I was assured that they would back the warranty, and do the service/replacement calls. He was immovable. Thus, I called back and spoke to someone who told me that I was entitled to a new unit, and that it would be delivered on a specified date. She also stated that I'd get an e-mail, and/or phone call one day prior to the delivery date to give me a time window for delivery. No e-mail arrived. When I again called the Geek Squad, I was once again connected with Ron, who told me that "They don't do that anymore." The next day, the day of delivery, I again called, and spoke to Roberto, who confirmed that the e-mail should have been sent, and that he was just about to call me. I wish that I knew who to believe. You have great products and great prices. Your phone people, however, make dealing with your store a real challenge.

So far everything has worked fine. Overall for the price it is a great buy. It is a much deeper refrigerator than my previous one and almost did not fit into my kitchen. They had to detach the doors in order to fit thru the front door and kitchen. It is made for that, since the doors are easily detached with instructions on the manual. It has a lot of space, but it would have been better if all or most of the shelves slide or had some high drawers. The drawers don't have humidity controls, but they are good. It cools pretty good and the ability to set up a specific temperature on both the freezer and refrigerator is great. The show door is a nice feature, it would have been better if all the drawers slide and if one of the drawers could have fit a gallon of milk. Overall like I said, I'm satisfied with the purchase and hopefully it will last 20+ years like my previous one.
