Our new fridge,love that you don't have to open the whole ting .The show case door love love it

We like the flat stainless steel doors. Inside the refrigerator, there is plenty of room for our food and they are easy to reach. Ice dispenser was working fine, but one day when we needed ice, it did not dispense. Ice was stuck together at the chute preventing them to drop. After poking them with a spoon handle, they started to drop. (One star less for this behavior, our prior Samsung never did this.)

Great fridge, lots of room. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a side by side.

One of the best parts of buying this refrigerator was the sales people. I am a senior, and I felt as if they were helping there own parent. The people that did the service to hook it up were equally efficient and nice. The whole buying expierence was good. And the product is just a perfect fit for us. Thank you best buy!

We love it, as specially showcase door, easy to access and organize all daily needs.

After seeing lot of positive reviews I was briefly taken aback about some negative reviews about noise and ice maker. I am not a big ice maker fan. Apart from that everything works great!! no complaints.. Even ice maker is not bad as reviews stated.

the first delivery had to be returned because the ice maker didn't work. after spending so much for the item the ice maker started working but just stopped.

So far, so good. Showcase outer door is a nice option - plenty of storage space.

I love every thing about this fridge. I researched every refrigerator with the door-in-door feature and chose this one. I have been very happy with it. It is easily adjustable, was easy to install and looks awesome

Really easy access to often used items in refrigerator by showcase door. Ice & water on freezer door. Really nice appliance. Quite and several other features on door panel.

I have had this fridge for over a month and the ice maker does not receive water from the unit itself. Geek squad has come out twice and have not been able to fix it. I have to pour water into the tray to make ice. Also the water that comes out of dispenser is not cold water. It is room temperature.

Very pleased with this fridge...from the showcase door, which we use more than I ever thought we would, to how quiet it is...definitely recommend this fridge!

Great size and is quiet motor. Makes ice quickly and keeps food cold. Adjustable temps by touch control, Samsung has produced another great hi tech product. LOVE the 2 doors on fridge, makes it easy to get a drink without opening the whole fridge compartment.

My only negative comment is the pressure from the water dispenser is so high that water spills out of the glass on initial pouring. I have to always use a bigger glass. Other than that, it's great. I have no complaints about the cooling.

This is a great refrigerator it has plenty of space inside and love the ice maker being attached inside the door. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is 2 reasons one the delivery people did not reconnect one wire which caused the ice and water not to work and had to have a technician out to fix. The other downside is more personal my 3 year old son uses the show door to make the main door open wish the handle design was slightly different.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator and love it as much as the first one. Lots of space and looks fantastic in our kitchen.

The fridge is big enough for a large family. The showcase door is perfect for grabbing beverages or condiments.

This refrigerator is a great size, looks good and has nice features. However, it is sooooo loud! I kept checking to see what else may have been making the noises this refrigerator makes. Also, the ice machine is on a slight delay, so it's not the top of the line ice maker. And the water dispenser always drips after you get a glass of water.

The Samsung is all that the reviews we read. It has more convenience than we've had in previous refrigerators and left us wondering why we didn't upgrade sooner.
