It's been 2 months now and my family is very pleased with this refrigerator. Functions and size are superb. Most of all, we love the showcase function.

My family loves the new refrigerator. It seems as though it fits 3 x as much as its predecessor. The exterior door is well designed and the shelving is well thought out. the shelves hold a lot and make a lot of sense. The water dispenser does not have a slide out bottom. which we like a lot. it is easier to keep clean and does not have a place for moisture to gather. we also like the absence of handles. it has a cleaner look

I love almost everything about this fridge, my only disappointment was the fact that it doesn't have an special compartment for meats and cheeses, for the rest it's an amazing fridge

We bought this refrigerator for the showcase, and easy to change water filter, as well as not having to stoop over to get into the freezer, however, I have some pet peeves. The ice machine is small, and just not built for a family of 6 during the summer, even with the freezer on the lowest temperature setting, it runs out of ice every.single.day. I also am so very disappointed with the child lock. The child lock shuts down both the control panel, which is great, but it also shut off water and ice machine as well, so no one can get water or ice without turning the child lock off, and then you have to turn it back on when you're done. The thing is, Samsung must think us Americans have stupid kids. Toddlers can easily figure out how to unlock it as soon as their parents get them a drink of water a couple of times. So now our kids can turn on and off the lock, and with it they have also been given the gift of knowing how to operate all the buttons on the control panel as well. Making the child lock, for all intents and purposes a useless, and very silly addition to the refrigerator.

I really like this refrigerator. It has more space than a typical family needs. The only downside is that we would have prefered adjustable shelves on the door.

Big fridge with water and ice , nice double doors on 1 side and big freezer on the other. Can't go wrong with a Samsung.

Efficient, multi use shelves. drawers. The quick outside, Front showcas,entry door is a great feature. I would like the outside, showcase, door and full door handles reversed, it would feel more intuitive. Ideally I would prefer handles that project from the front, or the currently recessed style doors to pull from the right vs. left as most people are left handed.

Exactly what we were looking for. With the showcase fridge door to all the extra drawers and space. This fridge has an alarm so if you forget to shut the door it will let you know. Its not to noisy and its a good size. There is a lot of freezer space like what we needed and the lighting is good. Easy to adjust temperatures for both freezer and fridge. Overall great refrigerator

Love the showcase door. Once you get use to it, everyday grab and go items are accessible quickly. This also helps to be more organized. Controls are easy and clear. A great product made easy. Only miss is there is no drip tray for the water dispenser and water may come out fast and splashes.

This refrigerator is quiet, sleek great looking, lots of space and rooms for your food.

Overall I am very happy with the fridge. The door on door feature is a great thing to have. Storage and accessibility is great as well. Very happy with this

Love the showcase feature - it's very convenient for frequently used items. My only issue is with the water/ice dispenser. After getting water, there are always several drips after you move your glass. Small issue, but annoying always having to clean water spots. And, the crushed ice isn't really crushed. Again, not a big issue, just annoying.

I like the quick access door for the frige and the controls on the front panel are simple to use. Great features and a quality unit.

This ref is well designed inside and outside. It stays cool, has nice features and fair price point that other brands can't compare.

some of the options that the smaller version has the larger refrigerator doesn't not have

I really love this fridge. All works great and very nice. Looks great and we get plenty of compliments on the easy access door.

I LOVE this fridge. It's deep and spacious. I was also worried about freezer width, frozen pizza pits perfectly! It's a dream refridgerater, I coulnt have designed it any better. Love the door-in-door feature for milk and such. All around winner, telling everyone.

Its been 2 months and I have not had any issues with it. I recommend it.
