Very clear picture , great sound quality , easy to use

We are a retired coulple, and this is our first flat-screen TV. Sure makes it easier to read all those tiny sports scores, times, etc., displayed on the screen. It is just the right size for our cabinet and room.

Great picture and the perfect size for my sewing room. I had a bit of trouble setting it up and getting it to work with my dish connection, but a call to Samsung customer service and a friendly person on the other end solved that problem quickly and easily.

The Samsung 28" LED HDTV is a great television to use in a smaller space like an office or bedroom. This TV has a wonderful clear and crisp picture. I love the Wide Color Enhancer Plus technology. the built-in Wi-Fi lets you stream your favorite movies and shows from places like Netflix and Hulu! A must-buy at a great deal!

i needed a smaller TV and i got a great TV for a reasonable price. this is an excellent product with sharp image and very good sound at a great value. i am very happy with it.

This TV is definitely a value add by providing smart TV features, quality and decent resolution for our son's gaming and Internet use. Even cooler is the energy savings meaning that the prior monster TV he was using created too much heat (energy waste) and too much power consumption. Best Buy gave us a great deal.

Bought this to fit in a space previously housing an old CRT set. Although not full HD, this set has excellent features and sharp bright picture. Works really well with Netflix and other apps. Built in wifi is also superb. Glad I bought this product.

Bought this to replace an older Dynex 26" after getting a bigger one for the family room. The picture is great and it's nice to be able to get Netflix and other streaming services. Setup was easy (only had a problem with Netflix using WiFi but solved easily with change to DNS server code as described in the manual). Love it!

This TV is just the correct size for a small area...it has the pow-power of a lager TV...comes with all the bells and whistles for Netflix and such...great television at a reasonable costs...

This is a nice size TV for my office so I can watch/listen to TV while checking email and doing homework. Has a great picture, the only thing that I don't like is the sound, I have to turn it up to 50 or higher to hear it and it is sitting next to me.

This is our 3rd Samsung T.V. from Best Buy. The picture quality is second to none. Set up is a simple step by step process. The sound is incredible and it is at a price point that should not be overlooked.If you are in the market for a new T.V., see the knowledgeable Samsung specialist at your local Best Buy.

I highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade from a basic TV to a smart one. It makes me feel very smart too! Fits perfectly where this smart tv is now enthroned, great features, very user friendly ... Everything I meant to use it for & more!

I never had a tablet before that can take a picture. I love mother nature and with my tablet (which is small enough for me to take with me) I can take pictures of animals and birds when I come across them. The screen is big enough for me to surf the internet and check my email and play my games. Wonderful tablet

Samsung has come a long way with smart TV's, and this one's no exception. Very user friendly. 720 is okay for a "small" set like this. Sad to say, although the product I bought was brand new, the design is 3 years old, so the less-smart Samsung website wouldn't let me register it for warranty. Told me the warranty period had expired! Didn't bother getting cranky with customer service; I have more faith in Best Buy and their sales/service team if something goes wrong...which I don't expect from the solid-state product, unless my surge protection devices fail. If you want a small-screen tv for a small room or porch, this is one you should consider.

I could not be any happier with this TV. I purchased this for my small bedroom because my old, giant dinosaur-era television broke. It's a perfect size for a bedroom, and the graphics and sound are awesome. Plus, I love how easy it is to access all the apps, such as Netflix, HBOGo, and Pandora, with just one button!
