This tv has quality picture and easy to use, it has great features as a smart tv.

I was surprised at the ease in which this was plug and play - especially the Smart TV - turned on and it told me I had Wi-Fi and 'would I like to connect.' Awesome picture! Would recommend buying sound bar as the side speakers are really not adequate, as with all flat screens. Great TV at a great price.

We bought these 2 televisions because kids are always fighting over the netflex. Perfect solution because now they are in both kids bedrooms, Great quality. Nice picture and all are happy

Needed to replace an analog TV and needed a smaller size to fit into the cabinet. Took my teenager shopping and we liked the picture on this model best. We have Samsung phones, so were looking forward to using the Screen Mirroring function with our new "Smart" TV. Can't get it to work. Spent an hour on the phone with the Samsung TV people. Best they can tell, it's a phone issue. Haven't wanted to waste another hour with the phone people, especially since online research indicates other folks are having the same problem, so hoping the next Android update will fix the Screen Mirroring issue. Would give it 5 stars if the "Smart" part worked. But it's a great TV, and if you don't absolutely need the Screen Mirroring aspect, it's a great buy. If you must have the Screen Mirroring aspect, make sure you can return it, in case you can't get it to work for you.

We chose this TV for our kitchen because it was the best size to fit under our cabinets. It allowed us to finally see a clear picture and still be able to read the scroll bar across the bottom without getting up to see it!! Great picture, great sound and great price!!!

We were replacing a small tv and this one has much better picture quality than it did. Very easy to set up and SMART is the only way to go if you plan to do more than just watch tv.

This TV fit perfectly in the opening inj my motor home. It has the no. of inputs and outputs that I needed. It has a great picture, you would never know it is a 720p and not a 1080p, but a lot stations only broadcast in 720p anyway.

I was looking for a smaller TV for my study/spare bedroom. It needed to fit in my built in desk unit and serve as a computer screen when needed. There were a limited number of options, but I knew Samsung offered a high quality product. It was the right choice for me.

Bought this for my kitchen and wall and works great. Easy to setup and get online for the Smart features. Only issue is that the TV did not come with the wallmount screws and the 3rd party wallmount I purchased did not provide long enough screws either. Samsung obviously prefers that you purchase there brand wallmount, which will of course come with the right length screws.

Purchased this TV for a bedroom, Was the most reasonably priced name brand SMART I could find. Great features but accessing the web is very cumbersome (might just be my getting used to it) since you have to go though many steps to get where you want to go. As always the picture looked great in the store but needs to be adjusted when you get it home. Overall pleased!

I bought the 28in Samsung and it is a really nice tv with a clear and krisp picture. The sound is good. But still learning all the smart things it can do. Don't have cable so had to use land-line and that works just fine for watching Netflixs and web browsing and youtube. Awesome.

I bought this TV for my mother who lives in a retirement. It was bigger than her old TV, but not too big so that it was overwhelming for her. The setup time was reasonable and the picture and sound are great. My mother seems to be able to use the remote on her own with little difficulty.

Perfect for small rooms. Set up was very easy and kids loved it.

This TV is user friendly and the 28" is perfect for the bedroom.
