Easy set up. Very good sound for a small TV. Wifi connected without any issues. Great picture and internet works perfect. Can't go wrong with this Samsung TV.

This item was purchased as an open box item. There are no visible signs of wear and the TV is fully operational. The picture is phenomenal, even for a 720p unit. Very bright and crisp. My Best Buy in a while.

Easy to follow setup instructions, has all features desired in WiFi entertainment-Netflix, Pandora, etc. Has generous amount of input types for various components if needed- ie Game systems, DVD Blue Ray etc.

I put this on a wall in my kitchen. I also bought a wireless keyboard. I love to cook so this makes finding recipes a breeze. Sound is good and so is the picture. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Purchased this TV for my bedroom and it was a perfect fit on a wall mount! Worked right out of the box without any problems and has very good picture quality! Netflix movies look and sound great too!!

I bought the tv for a guest room. Very simple to set up and packed with lots of features. Great picture and easy to use.

This was a great value and the special freatures work much better than I had anticipated. It is even very intuitive with the cable box. Image quality, screen size, and overall functionality is very good.

The unit itself has great picture quality. This is installed on an enclosed back porch and has performed with no problems even in high temps. I had no problems connecting to my wifi for tv internet viewing using the TWC app which is the primary use. The one draw back of the internet tv technology is the occasins when the sound gets ahead of the picture. You then have to switch to another staion then switch back to your program for it it sync back up. At times this is really annoying if it happens repeatadly in a short space of time. You can also get occasional freezing of your program and have to switch to another staion then back to reload the program When starting the tv it takes a couple of minutes for the tv to sync up with the internet before the TWC app will start.

I use this connected directly to an antenna for Over-the-Air free service. I especially like the instant display of program information on the side of the screen as soon as you go to another chanel. Also the Info button shows the current program and lets you scroll to see the upcoming programs for the next hours. Also the Guide button displays all the channels with their programs, and again you can scroll several hours into the future. And the text is large enough to read from a distance. Naturally, the video and audio are great. Thanks, Samsung!

The picture and size was perfect for the place I use the tv. The ability to have a connection to the Web is what made it five stars. A TV that does not have the ability to reach the Web is a waste.

Nice clear picture. I could have paid a bit more and go for a 1040p but for a small TV, 720p was good enough. Samsung screens (TVs & Monitors) have been our family favorites for some time now.

I purchased two of the Samsung Smart HDTV's for my daughter and my granddaughter's rooms. The 28" TV's were a great size, rooms, not too big, not too small. The picture is awesome. Would buy again.

This has the best picture quality. Self explanatory instructions. The product has been excellent an so far it has lived up to its name. I definitely would recommend this to any of my friends.

Bought for an RV Motorhome. Campgounds have wifi ... smart TV feature easy to use and very functional. Good buy.

The TV was a great buy and meets our needs as a 2nd TV perfectly. We are frequent "visitors" to Best Buy. They are our "go to" place for electronics. I have always found them very helpful.

The picture quality is excellent. I have not had any issues, and the Wi-Fi works very well. I am able to watch Netflix with no problems. This buy was on a fly, and I have no buyer's remorse.

I have wanted a flat screen for my office to replace my old one. The picture is real nice , I called Comcast to help set up. The speakers come out the back so I'm going to buy a sound bar.

I ordered another TV and it arrived broken screen for my RV we were leaving the following day and I chose this one in store since mine had to be ordered. This was more money, but the store worked with me on a lower price and happy I chose to buy it. Great picture, smart TV, 1080P not 720P .

This unit was purchased for a sun room (smaller area). Good fit and quality picture from all areas. Only negative is the sound muffled due to location of speakers (heard that one before?)
