I bought two other televisions, both of which had problems, so I returned each of them and purchased the Samsung and have had no problems at all with it. Great picture and sound......I'm sorry I didn't buy it initially.

came home plugged it in and it worked. remote for cable box isn't the greatest but doesn't affect quality of tv. On off button on the back takes some getting used to.

I needed a small TV for my craft room, and this fit the bill. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lack of apps. I expected more apps, but you have to buy a much larger Samsung TV for that. That's disappointing

My mom needed a smaller TV for her apartment. They have alwats had Sony products. I decided that the Samsung set would be a good match. Mom loves everything about it.

Good picture. It's great to have a tv with internet built in. Having some issues, but I think it's the internet provider.

I have been very impressed with this TV. Typically I wouldn't buy a smart TV this small but needed something for my bedroom and this has turned out to be a great buy.

I needed a little TV for a small room that my wife and i utilize in the evenings. Crystal clear picture is like looking through a window. I highly recommend this TV.

Picture and sound is good. However, could not use the smart TV features at college because of firewall. The TV expects a totally unsecured access to internet. There is no way for this TV to interact with the college security to put in user and password. You will need to use Roku or Chromecast to stream to TV as these can connect to a secured network. Also, cable from laptop to TV would work, but cumbersome.

I got it free as part of the best buy Thanks Giving Deal, TV works very well all the Smart Apps like Netflix, HBO, Pandora, TuneIn works well. I would not recommend this TV for purchase since its outdated (720p).

Had to get the 28" so TV would fit in my cabinet. Works great and has smart TV features (i.e. Internet connect, etc.). Remote is easy to use and also organized well.

I needed a small TV with a built-in stand to place over a cable box. This is the one. Great picture, great built-in apps. Only "ask" would be a back-lit remote.

This television is a decent buy for the size, the clarity is good and we've had the tv for a year and so far so good.

If you need a small, easy to set up this fits the bill. If mounting, use the smallest mount pattern.

I bought this TV for our master bedroom. It's my 1st smart TV and I love it. Also nearly everything I own is Samsung. :)

I purchased the TV for our kitchen, it is the perfect size to fit under the cabinets. It has a great sharp picture and the sound system is good for a small TV.

We needed a couple of small HDTVs to fit on a counter in a breakfast area and on a small desk. These Samsungs were the perfect fit and the quality is excellent.
