Once i got it all programmed it has worked great with a great picture!!!

This is my 2nd. 28 " Samsung. I really like the picture and size. I knocked the first one on the floor and the warranty disn't cover "accidental damage." But I bought a 2nd one. Screwing on the base was hard for me to figure out...no pictures or directions in manual....Samsung helped a little ..has to call 3 times ...Best Buy couldn't help. . Solution : attach the pedestal first. ..with 2 screws to the rectangular box...then attach ..pop in and screw im the box. ( 5 screws) That's the trick. You would think someone and Samsung could have known that...but they have no guide either. The 3rd person I spoke to worked with me to figure it out. The first person blew me off. ..leading me to say. ..if Samsung doesn't know how to secure the base, who does? ?

We bought this TV for our daughters room specifically because it was a smart TV. She watches Netflix and Vudu specifically, both of which are on here. The quality of the TV itself is exceptional - the screen is crisp, clear, and has very true colors. I only have two complaints. Number 1, the IR blaster that comes with the remote is not always very accurate. Sometimes I'm pushing the remote button multiple times before it receives the signal. Number 2 is the time it takes to connect to the network. I have to wait 2-3 minutes (on a 100 Mbps connection) before it connects the apps to the internet. Now once it's connected I have no problems what so ever. It's just that initial start up time that drives me a little buggy. Over all though, great TV. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller, smart TV.

I searched for a full feature "Smart TV" to fit in a required space. This TV fit the bill. WiFi is excellent, connects and stream well, NetFlix works great and has all of the inputs I need. Overall an excellent "smaller TV"....28" is smaller now...lol !!

I bought this TV as a replacement for a smaller TV in my bedroom. This 28 inch model is perfect with a great picture plus the features of a Smart TV are a plus. I could not be more pleased with this purchase and at a great price.

first smart tv pretty cool to watch tv without cable or wires attached

I purchased this TV to use as a computer monitor, since once you get larger than a 25" monitor, you're really only getting a specific-use HDTV anyway. So, this is just a large monitor for me. I have set this up to double as a smart TV, but really don't use it as such. It does get good reception over wifi without a lot of buffering (mostly just in the beginning). The smart TV setup is really confusing, although I finally figured it out after several days. I'm not a big Samsung fan, so I was pleasantly surprised at the great resolution and clarity of the picture and colors. This 720 is almost as good as my 1080 TV.
