Samsung is an excellent brand and this TV lives up to the reputation. It's small but that's what I wanted for the bedroom. Love the smart features so yo don't even need cable.

Wanted a smaller TV that had a good picture and smart TV technology for my kitchen. The sleek design and smart TV capabilities work wonderfully with my kitchen remodel.

Clear picture, lots of features, and it is a smart television, which makes it versatile. Only one small issue so far, which is that you must go into the menu to set the timer, as there is no timer function on the remote control.

This TV has a great picture. Samsung makes fantastic televisions.

Bought this for our bedroom. Picture is better or equal to all the other 720 tvs I researched and even better than my friend's (name brand) 1020 LED. Have no problems streaming Netflix, VUDU and Amazon Prime. No buffering; great audio and great video.. And since it's for the bedroom, the sleep timer is perfect.... Only con I can think of; it only has 2 HDMI inputs, but since it's in the bedroom, it works great for us.. Samsung is, IMHO, the best flat screen for the money.

It works well. It is just what I needed. No time to use all apps.

After a horrible experience with a Samsung Smart t.v. on Christmas morning we took the Samsung back and purchased this Insignia fir our daughter. We had problems with the Smart app. not updating on the Samsung. This t.v. was easy setup and we just purchased a Amazon firestick for the applications. Picture is decent but not great...my dughter is happy.

These days, finding a high-quality between 24" and 32" is almost impossible as more people lean towards larger screens. As a full-time RVer with a TV space, built for the older boxy sets, the width of my space is severely limited. Finding a 28" Samsung proved to be a great choice, in spite of the size. It was easy to set up and program even for the older single woman that I am. The picture quality is great. I did have difficulty finding a DVD player to connect it but finally located a Samsung Blu-Ray unit that is perfect with the TV's Blue-Tooth connection system. My only complaint is that it does not recommend looking at jpeg photos with it, but I have my 29" PC monitor I can use when showing photos to friends, so I will settle for that.

I'm really Enjoying my Digital HD TV and I'm very happy with it.

the only thing about the tv i dont like is that you REALLY need to spend more money on speakers becuase the ones in the tv are very low... i got rid of what is considered an outdated tv but if i had known the volume on this "up-to-date" tv was so pitiful i probably would have kept my old one... other than that i really dont have much to complain about

The salesperson answered all my questions without rolling his eyes. He made me feel welcome and was so helpful. In fact, the store was about to close and he still took the time to explain everything to me. Great store.

Good price, great picture, space saving yet good picture size!

Perfect for what I needed: right size with great picture. Has all the functions I want at a low cost. Only con-remote has so many buttons that it is confusing.
