It's the quality, ease, web browser which = good buy at Best Buy. I was delighted to see the difference an HD TV is compared to an SD TV...it's like being part of the movie, the depth of what you see is almost like another dimensional viewing. You cannot go wrong with this product, their customer service is great, and, the features are excellent - and I do recommend it to anyone. If you want a Smart TV, get the Samsung, as it has a web browser, so if your computer ever goes down, you have access to the internet, still available to you. I also got a Logitech wireless keyboard to go with the TV, so I can use the web browser more efficiently. It was not very expensive, and Best Buy was more than willing to send it to me via mail. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung for a quality product, with a great price. I also purchased the Replacement Guarantee through Best Buy, at $40 for 5 years - that was well worth the price, considering I live in the land of lightening strikes/surges...so well worth the investment.

Needed small set for office. 32-inch too big. This one is perfect size and the quality of the picture is great. Easy to set up and built in apps excellent. IR link to cable box was a bit slow responding so using COMCAST remote.

Bought this for my daughter's room. Picture is excellent. Smart TV is simple to operate ...one button and the online options get you to Netflix or amazon quickly...excellent value

Awesome picture i was playing Xbox with him the other night and couldn't get over how good it looks. Plus with it being a smart tv Netflix and YouTube are a big plus. Now his mother can have the big tv in the living room back.

Like many folks I was looking for a small set for the kitchen and had read Consumer Reports. None of the rated TV's were for sale but successor models were. The set is as reviewed, a good set with reservations but perfect for our use. Easy to set up, good image, color and sound.

Bought this for my great aunt who has never owned a smart device and she is in love with it. It is really easy to navigate and the picture is amazing for a cheaper TV.

I needed a TV just this size to fit in an existing unit. I bought a cheaper TV at first from Walmart. I was disappointed with it, unless you were dead center in front on the TV while watching it the colors washed out.So I went to Best Buy looking for a TV that was good at any angle. This Samsung was GREAT at any angle I was impressed!! I asked them to match Walmart's price and they said no problem, especially since Walmart was only $2 cheaper! So if your looking for a TV check all the angles. I have had this TV several months and I am glad I chose this one instead of settling for a poor picture

Since I was getting rid of cable, I needed a tv that worked with the OTA antenna. This was my first purchase of a flat tv. I went by size first and decided on Samsung. Picture is nice and clear. Setup was easy.

I purchased this TV for my daughter's dorm room. I didn't want to spend too much but yet the girls needed a decent TV for their common room. They are very happy with it. The weight is so light it made it easy to move up to her room. I would recommend this TV for the value.

This television provides great quality, ease of use and setup. It serves as an excellent choice for a second set in a smaller area. Easy to connect with existing devices, Apple TV and Internet.

We purchased this TV for our RV. It's a perfect size and it is incredibly light. The main reason for this purchase is it will result in a reduction of electricity usage (LED) and be less drain on our RV battery.

Easy to set up right out of the box. I tweaked some of the picture settings, some more similar to those on my Samsung 40 inch tv. As mentioned before, the picture is excellent and the sound quite acceptable.

The TV has a good picture and good sound. The remote connects to the cable box via an external infrared receiver. It has an unacceptable delay and a poor program guide. I recommend using another universal remote.

I bought it for my kids' room. They love it! Great Picture quality, good price AND since they are constantly loosing the cable box's remote, they found that they can use the tv's remote since it's a smart tv.

I love the Smart tv features. The picture is very crisp and precise colors from channel to channel. Volume is perfect level. Set up couldn't be easier.

This TV was purchased for my son's room. It was easy setup, has a good clear picture with great colors that pop, and works well with our wifi. All in all this was a great purchase! Price was great too.
