This Smart TV was the perfect choice for a space restricted area that wouldn't accommodate the usual 32" size. Since it was a Samsung smart TV, it had the same great interface as the larger Samsung TVs we already own, the same remote and the same great picture quality. it's been the perfect solution for this smaller area.

My daughter loves this tv. Now she doesn't have to hook up another exterior unit to watch Netflix and she can use it for online streaming.

This was purchased for my dear Mother-in-law. She is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's disease. It is a nice size for her to be able to see from her bed. It also has a nice sound system. She is hard of hearing and we can make it loud enough for her to be able to hear it. Also has a sharp picture. Very happy with this purchase!

THIS WAS THE PERFECT REPLACEMENT FOR THE OLD ANALOG SET THAT WE HAD IN THE BEDROOM. THE COLOR CLARITY SURPRISED ME FOR A 720P.

I was pleasantly surprised that the picture actually appears larger than 28" that it actually is. Couldn't go for a larger screen because the TV is so close to my computer (didn't want to go blind! haha). The picture is excellent, and I love the "Smart Hub." I love Samsung products! An added bonus, the price was totally affordable.

This is our first Smart TV and it plays Amazon Video movies very smoothly, basically at the same rate as watching live cable TV. Setup was very easy, including internet connection. Some websites complain about the Flash Player version but the majority work just fine. We let the TV do the download of updates automatically and this works fine also.

I was able to get this TV for free when I bought my new stove and fridge and I am very happy about the deal that was offered.

We really love the tv. I would have given it 5 stars if the speaker volume was a bit higher however the sound is fine. Some small tv's sound really bad. This one is fine.

We bought this for the kitchen and chose a smart tv for simplicity. Due to it's location, we didn't want any extra components like a roku box. The Smart Hub RARELY WORKS. It says "Preparing the TV.... Try again later." It says this all day every day. Pretty frustrating when it sits 10 feet directly in front of our wireless router. I honestly would say we are able to get it to work once or twice a week. I have a Roku on the other side of my house that works like a champ. I should have just stuck with that !

I have this TV in the kitchen and it's perfect mounted on the wall out of the way My only complaint is the sound. I wish there were sound settings that gave me more control.

Perfect small TV for my needs. This is for occasional use in a guest bedroom and I did not want a TV to dominate the room. Picture is great. It did, however, take some time to set up the internet connection and streaming features. I thought I might need to call the Geek Squad but did not have to in the end.

Good picture just the right size for a small room.
