My dad loves the fact it has Internet hook ups. Along with everything else. He's happy.

Great TV, but it takes a long time to set up with minimum instructions.. Setting up a streaming device is also difficult and time consuming. The remote as I write does not work with cable to change channels. It is so smart ,that I can not find where the screen is to allow the remote to control the cable channels.

Best buy has the best products. We will continue to make all future purchases at Best Buy.

This TV had the great quality I expect from Samsung products and the price was right too

Performs as advertised and reasonably priced. The sound quality could be improved upon.

I was in the store to purchase an appliance for myself and had my nephew with me. He had been looking at a smaller TV offering less and not as big as this one. Best Buys will always have the better buys and brands for the prices. All my electronics/appliances come from nowhere else except Best Buys! Not only are their prices the best, so are the products. I had recently purchased my Sony from Best Buys not long ago and love everything about it. Not sure if this can be printed - we buy from Best Buys located in Jacksonville FL at River City Marketplace, the folks there are "simply the best"! Always helpful, kind, honest and courteous. All this to say, you would be happy with this purchase. I know we are!

Good TV. Smart app a bit sluggish. But functional.

Great TV, haven't had any problems so far, love it

This is more than a television , it's a mini computer. Being a smart tv allows me to use it with wifi and I don't need a cable or dish for excellent tv viewing I also purchased Apple TV which adds to the already excellent entertainment system.

The TV was very easy to set up and connect to my Direct TV box. The TV has great picture and sound. It is the right size for our room determined at the store with an associate. The sound had to be set different and was not hard to do to get the best sound.

Very happy with this purchase. Works perfectly in a bedroom setting or as a great gift.

I got this TV for my daughters room. She doesn't use it often but it works great.
