Good price, bad technology (smart tv)

The smart tv takes at least a few minutes to warm up before you can turn on any applications like Netflix or Hulu. Then mine usually freezes and I have to turn the tv off again. Then back on for more warm ups, then it USUALLY works on the second try. I made a big mistake not reading product reviews. Once I did, I read that many people had the same problems I do. So I figure the warranty doesn't cover it? Not sure.

Product is great -- sales service was terrible

The customer service people were very courteous and helpful. I was finally directed to a sales person who knew their products and after three trips back and forth I am happy with the set I brought home.
