We had purchased two other Samsung TVs so knew this TV would be a great choice. The only negative is the sound is very "small". We find ourselves turning it up all the way to max in order to hear properly. You will definitely need to hook it up to a sound bar or stereo for the best sound. Overall a very nice TV.

Bought this tv for my mother since her nolonger was working, when at Best Buy the salesman helped me with this great purchase cause my mother is very picky and we needed to make sure it fit in her tv stand. She loved it and she is happy.

I purchased this television to replace the old outdated tv in the bedroom. Video and audio quality are great. Love the features allowing access to other applications, such as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Still exploring other hidden features.

Bought this for under cabinet / on counter in our kitchen, listed measurements are off by 1/4 inch or so.... Great TV though!!! Only wish was TV had flat bottom (use w/o stand) and stand had a little more flexibility / adjustability.

The sound quality is very good, but the picture quality is below average. The remote is difficult to use and is not completely functional. The size (28") is perfect for our room.

I needed to replace an older Sony TV that fit inside my entertainment set. Unfortunately the max width of TV could only be 28" so I had to choose a model other than Sony which no longer makes smaller TVs. I found the Samsung easy to install and the features suited to my needs.

I bought this TV to replace an old TV in our exercise room. It needed to be this size because of the space requirements. It serves its purpose but the sound is hard to hear with the treadmill running because the speakers fire down.

Bought this TV for my boat so looking for small size, good volume and wifi connectivity for my media player. All works great. I bought out of the box to save a bit of cash. I wouldn't recommend that for TVs. The first one arrived damaged and had to be replaced. Second one was fine.

This TV fits perfectly in our small rv (Jayco16xrb). We connect an external USB hard drive to it loaded with movies. Much easier then packing disks. Image looks good and crisp. Works great with over the air HD.

I thought I'd be able to do a lot more than it seems like I can do;(

the laptop has been exactly what i need for what i wanted to do.

We had recently bought a larger Samsung for our living room. We have enjoyed that tv so much when we needed a smaller tv for the kitchen the choice was easy. We love our Samsung smart tvs. You will too

I really like this tv. I purchased it because of the great reviews. The only problem I am having is that the volume or sound is not that great. I have to turn it up very high to hear the tv if I have background noise. I am going to look into a soundbar to make it louder.

General set up was easy. Picture clarity is very good. Have not been able to get the remote compatibility feature to work so that the TV remote operates the cable box.

Overall quality below expectation, especially control system.

I bought this for use in a bedroom and it works well while not being too intrusive. The smart feature is good except that the search function for apps takes FOREVER -- literally. I never have been able to find anything using it --it just sits and searchs.

The Samsung smart TV is a great addition to my child's room. She can do her homework which is Web based with the help of her wireless keyboard. The only drawback I can find is that the volume is not so great.

Product was good and I would suggest it to others...

We got this for our guest room. I'm a fan of Samsung but this TV seems to be slow to respond to use. Not sure what the problem is. Too busy to get the time to call Samsung and discuss. This will not deter me from future Samsung purchases.
