When you turn it on it always reverts to TV mode rather than what you were doing last. So you have to go back to the menu every time and select netflix, amazon or whatever. Realistically it should return to where you left it or have that option.

This TV is perfect for the bedroom. It mounted easily to the wall and we are enjoying the Smart technology very much. Our next tv purchase will probably be a bigger version of this one!

Great resolution for the price. Although the sound quality does need improvement. Overall, good price for what you get. By the way, it is a smart TV with more options than other similar TV's.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I bought it to set in front of my treadmill. Sometimes difficult to hear over treadmill so I use headphones.

The best smart tv in the world! You can view streaming services or your own movies using a usb pendrive or hdd with the great media player that play anything format.

My previous tv died and only displayed a black screen and only audio, I went with this samsung tv to try it out, so far so good the only issue I have is that the built in stereo isn't the best quality, but I rarely watch tv.

We were going to buy a 24 inch for my daughter for college but for the long-term this 28-inch has more inputs and outputs and I think it's a better deal & a better value

Our purchase was perfect for the small cabinet. It was a special order size and we received it on the day that we were promised. The sales rep at the store was very helpful.

Absolutely no issues, except the top melted a bit when it got too close to some under cabinet lights in the kitchen....I'm feeling that's not a Samsung issue though :)

I did not know that in order to watch a Smart TV, you must have your computer on. I am not one to leave my computer on all day & night, so this was not for me. Also, unless you have a digital cable box, you will NOT get a good picture.

picture is great ,,,sound not quite as good I had to add a sound board to hear it ,i am not talking about fidelity, i mean just to hear it adequately at another 200 dollars

I have barely even been able to use it ! Any time I turn it on it has to " prepare the tv" and basically I feel like My smart tv is from the wrong century where we waited for the tv to heat up " 10 min in order to watch

Wifi signal is great. A little confusing to setup 1st time and navigate, but you get used to it. Hard to find this tv size - perfect fit for our rv

Purchased for my daughters room. She loves it. We are able to download apps and she's able to watch her shows. No cable needed in her room.

The picture quality is great for the price but we exclusively use the apps (no cable box) and they are very buggy. It seems they have to download new to the TV each time you load them, so there is always a delay of several minutes when you turn it on to wait for the apps to load. My daughter has asked me to return it several times but I'm trying to see if we can make it work.

I am extremely pleased with my new Samsung TV. I already have 2 other Samsung, TVs, and the quality is wonderful. This was a great purchase.

We use this tv primarily for video games. It has much better than expected response and resolution. exactly what we needed for a smaller room!

The quality is so good, I am considering upgrading the larger TVs in the house. We did get the same one for my mother who needed a set in her bedroom.

Takes a long time when turning it on, it just searches for signal and after a while you can use it normally
