We absolutely love this refrigerator! We purchased it back in November so we have had it for 3+ months. One of my favorite things about this is the in the door water dispenser/pitcher. The water tastes amazing (coming from someone who hates tap water). It has plenty of space and I love that the shelves can be moved around to fit my individual needs. One thing that I wish I could change was the freezer - I'd like for the drawer to open an extra 6" or so so that I can visualize the whole freezer space at one time. Overall though - super happy with this purchase!

I love our new frig! This frig replaces one exactly like it except for being counter depth and having ice and water on the front. Our old frig was counter depth and 24 cubic feet. I love having the extra 4 cubic feet of space, 2 complete doors that handle gallons of milk/juice, a bin of ice that’s easily accessible in the freezer AND the fingerprint resistant stainless finish is amazing! The water pitcher in the door is perfect after replacement. The first one leaked around the seal when pouring. The new one is working fine. We have had the new frig about 1 month!

I had not had to buy a fridge for over 18 years, but knew one thing for sure, I didn't want another side by side! Not only did I get "sticker shock" while shopping, but all brands had a mixed bag with reviews. No clear winner. So when my purchase was delivered and the installer unwrapped and opened to find that Samsung QC dept didn't catch the fact that no screws were placed inside to hold up shelves, I thought, "oh no, here we go". But Best Buy's customer service left it as a loaner until another one could be delivered in another week. Now I've had my new delivery for only 2 weeks, but I love this fridge! I'm over 80 and everything is geared to making my life easier. The door bins are not that flimsy plastic that most brands have. The small drawer inside is great for those items you use regularly. The veggie bins are full sized (no slanted half drawers). Freezer divided and holds a pizza box with no problems. Ice maker noisy when dropping ice, but makes plenty and sliding drawer is perfect for those items you need often. All 3 doors of this fridge are set up to allow me ease of getting what I need out with a minimum of effort. I just love it and recommend both Best Buy and this model to anyone going thru the horror of buying a fridge!

Love the amount of space this fridge provides! The filter water pitcher is a great amenity that takes up little to no space. Additional plus is it is magnetic all around unlike my previous Whirlpool fridge. This provides a place for my toddler to play with all her magnets.

This fridge is VERY roomy! I was skeptical. I had a fridge with the fewezer side by side , the ice kept getting stuck and it wasnt roomy at all! This fridge is amazing and the freezer is also very spacious. I definitely recommend. I can now store whole trays of food for pit lucks at church! Beyond happy! And the water pitcher is pretty cool!

I bought this refrigerator for the auto fill pitcher feature and the clean outside look without water/ice in door. I add a charcoal stick to the infuser to remove any impurities for better tasting coffe and drinking water. I can fit large trays of appetizers or fruit because of the French door design. Lots of room in freezer although I do wish it had a divider in bottom basket. My only other suggestion is to split the bottom pull out drawer so you don't have to open both doors to access what's inside. Overall great fridge.

This refrigerator has more space than any I've owned before. Specifically went for the model that didn't have the ice maker and water dispenser in the door for aesthetics. That ended up making more space inside for food. This is the first model I've had with the freezer on the bottom and that is very convenient. The pitcher that fills itself inside the refrigerator is getting a lot of use. Occasionally, it would be nice to have the shelves move up or out of the way to accommodate taller items. Tall items have to go in the door.

We enjoy the size. And the ease of use. Keeps accurate temperature.

I have used the fridge for about two weeks now and it is whisper quiet. With two children in the house, the fridge door would constantly be opened and closed multiple times yet everything stays chilled. The auto filling water pitcher is a great feature and is very easy to clean as well.

The refrigerator has a lot of space and feels larger on the inside that it actually is. I really like the auto filling water jug located on the door and the newer ice maker located in the bottom freezer drawer. So far there's nothing bad to say about this refrigerator.

I love our new refrigerator. I am very happy with the in door water pitcher rather than the outside water dispenser. The bottom drawer freezer makes it easy to access the ice. This refrigerator is much more roomier than the side by side that we replaced. The stainless steel exterior is clean and sleek and doesn't show prints. I could not be happier with the new refrigerator. And I am extremely pleased with the customer care that we received from Best Buy.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 20 year old unit that was failing. The space in the new unit was far superior to our previous model and the auto-film pitcher inside the new Samsung blows away the water on the door from our old fridge for ease of use and keeping that area clean etc. we’ve slowly been replacing our appliances with Samsung and have found the brand to be reliable and a great value when Best Buy is running a sale. We would recommend this product highly.

I can see and reach all of my groceries easily. Wonderful pitcher of cold water that refills automatically inside refrigerator. Nice ice bucket that refills automatically in freezer. Controls are easy to operate. Filter is easy to reach and change. Fingerprints wipe off easily. I love it.

Great Refrigerator. Very Spacious and keeps tempature as requested. Very sleek and easy to use. Freezer space could have a little more room. However, maybe I am buying too much food to freeze.

The refrigerator has plenty of room and laid out nicely. Without having the through the door ice and water dispensers it means there is a lot of room in both doors. The water pitcher in the door is a nice size (48 oz) and it will refill itself after each use so there is no empty pitcher when you are wanting water.

love the simplicity and the amount of space for platters for entertaining or a large family. The carafe is wonderful and ready for everyday use and the added feature allows you to craft any type of hydrating water or nothing at all. Great to have at your side when coming or just to hydrated between cocktails. The ice maker is perfect and easy when filling a bucket for your bar or ice tea jug. Convenient for a full house or just a couple like us.

I love the room in this refrigerator and the inside control panel. I also love the water pitcher in the door but keep in mind, if it breaks, its a RIDICULOUS $250 to replace a water pitcher!! I love that the ice is in the bottom, leaving the entire top available for space, no clunky big ice maker taking up fridge space! The bottom freezer is nice but seriously need to be able to pull out further! When ice falls out the back, and the way this is designed, ice falls back there easily just opening the door...and its hard to get it unless you have very skinny and long arms. Thats my only complaints though other than Samsungs horrendous customer service!! I wont buy another Samsung appliance but I do like this fridge a lot. The milk in the door is great!

We love our new refrigerator. I particularly like the freezer on the bottom. No more bending down to get things out. It’s big and I don’t have to move items around to get to what I want . It’s quiet.
