They took it back to the store but said that another one wasn't in stock until March 2021 :-( Customer service, promptness and professionalism was on point. The product was just damaged.

The only downside if any is how quickly the interior water pitcher is filled after each use. Unfortunately we were unable to keep our fridge due to the size, but from what we saw on the showroom floor, this fridge is grear.
