This refrigerator gets my milk, water, and other liquid refreshments much much colder than the brand new GE refrigerator I purchased two months ago and sold at a loss just to get rid of it. I didn't realize there would be a difference in the freezer performance between the two refrigerators. When I got my ice cream bar out of the Samsung the ice cream was actually hard. This Samsung refrigerator was $300 more than the GE one I bought however the quality upgrade was both noticeable and significant! If you can afford to...I would highly recommend spending a little more money for a better quality product. The benefits are substantial. We especially enjoy the autofill water pitcher.

Ill start off by saying i got this on sale for a great price at $1500. I got this because ive heard too many horror stories about the ice makers in the door dispenser, so far so great. Compared to our old side by side this fridge is massive as far as how much stuff this thing can hold. Only problem might just be with mine is that the long middle drawer comes off the rails everytime we take something out so it slides closed crooked so we have to pull it out and mess with it to go back in right. Also water wasnt filling up the pitcher inside after awhile but i took a dry paper towel and wiped the sensors where the pitcher goes and it filled right up

There’s a few issues w the fridge. It’s not easy to clean if there’s a spill in the fridge. The spill gets in between shelves, haven’t been able to figure out how to take apart the glass that’s on top of the vegetables drawers. So it’ looks so dirty even when clean. And the ice maker OMG SMH the ice falls to the back of the fridge.

I have had this fridge for about two months now and its been great. I bought this one because of the water pitcher. Regular water dispensers get dirty and crusty over time and this seemed cleaner and was just a neat idea. The pitcher fills up my kids sports bottles perfectly. I have noticed i drink a lot more water because of the pitcher as well. I am a little worried about Samsungs appliance reputation but i love Samsung so im hoping they got it worked out. So far so good!!

I wanted a cheaper model but when it was not available for another 45 days I purchased this model so I could take it home that day. So far It has been a delight to have it in our home. I hope it will last 20 years like those made in USA.

It works great and fit in my family needs. i would recommend this product to everyone.

This is the fourth refrigerator of this model in my family already. It has everything you need for a very reasonable price. Look no further.

Had issues with the fridge shutting down then restarting. Difficult to diagnose. After two repairmen coming out it just started working properly. Has been great since.

The refrigerator exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use. The water pitcher is a great bonus.

So far I love my new refrigerator the room on top is great . The bottom freezer is okay. I the color black Stainless Steel the price was right . Only had it a month , so fingers crossed

I didn't want a bunch of bells and whistles, just needed large fridge with cold water on tap and large ice maker. This one is great, the pitcher is always full and ready to dispense ice cold water. The ice maker tray is huge 5 lbs always ready.

Would have gave 4 stars but the water pitcher leaks and when I said something at the store they said I would have to bring in the fridge.

Beautiful fridge, tons of room, in-door water container is brilliant. Fit and finish are fantastic.

Easy to set up, love the auto fill picther because i do not have to wait to fill up my cup, and Spacious.

Refrigerator seems to be working just fine with the exception of a leaky water pitcher. But I called Samsung support and they are sending a replacement at no cost. Just wish there was a little more versatility with the glass shelves, but I knew this before purchasing. Otherwise works as expected.

I am totally pleased with my new Samsung 28 cu foot Large Capacity 3 door French Door Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher in Black stainless steel! So much room and so elegant looking! The price was competitive with similar models made by other brands. And, unlike other brands, it was available for delivery with relatively little wait time. The product, the price, the sales and delivery experiences were all top notch!
