Really like this Refrigerator, especially for the low price and still has a water dispenser and ice maker...sure it's not on the outside of the door but it was much much cheaper this way. This thing is a really big compared to our old one, when we got it and transferred our food over it felt empty. Everything works as it should so far! The only negatives, and the second one is just nitpicking, is that one of the handles didn't attach correctly but after using the side of my drill bit to remove a little plastic I got it to set against the door correctly. The second slight bummer is the stainless steel isn't on the sides. Not a deal breaker for me but would have been nice.

I am very happy with this Samsung refrigerator. I do not hearing it running, The GE side-by-side, that I replaced with this item, was loud you knew it was working. I am not a fan of the side-by-side refrigerators. I hear the water run for ice cube making and then when ice cubes drop, nothing abnormal with this, it is still quiet. We are happy with the ice and water elements inside of refrigerator. Clean look. Plenty of room. Delivery men were great.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally a refrigerator that works and lives up to its name!!! I am so impressed by every single inch of it; the roominess of the refrigerator, the changeable shelves, the drawer I use to keep cheese in, the lighting; way beyond what I expected but I appreciate it very much. To be able to find things again when I do have a designated spot for everything but do you think that matters to my husband and son???? NNNOOO! But I can see to find it now. And the freezer - I was expecting to have to buy a small freezer for the garage but this thing holds a ton of food!!! And the icemaker and water dispenser being on the inside prevents the runs down the front of my refrigerator and ice all over the floor from my not to careful men in my life. This is the best thing that's happened to us in a long time. And Best Buy- You guys are awesome in every sense of the word and make things right! Kudos to everyone involved and thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!

I never knew what piece of mind came from having an excellent, quiet fridge. My old one would go up/down a bit as it cycled and made more noise than I thought. Super quiet, just the occasional ice maker dump into a bin, which is actually way more convenient than ice in the door. This thing is enormous on the inside, we had a 22 cuFt side by side and I swear that this is at least twice the size. The big reason is that the shelves are designed to fit milk, 2 liter bottles, you know, normal stuff without wasting space.

I never thought I could love a fridge so much. This thing is perfect! I love the water dispenser inside and the ice maker. So much room also!! Amazing how this can be the size of our last refrigerator but have 30% more space!!

We have had this fridge for almost 2mos and so far it looks and runs great. It is not fingerprint proof but it's easy to clean. Love the water dispenser on the inside but that water is not very cold which is fine because I don't like ice-cold water. Ice maker is awesome and makes plenty of ice. The interior is very roomy, plenty of room for all of our groceries. Delivery and installation was free and A+. Great price with $200 off sales price. We are very happy with our purchase. Also, we love Best Buy.

Very roomy up top. Still getting use to freezer on bottom. Seems like less space.

Great looking fridge, enough space overall. Freezer pull-out opening area is a bit tight when doble doors are closed. However, having to open all doors to have enough freezer access is a pain. You'll need to scoop the ice out and open the left door for water. Great product if it fits your needs.

I love this refrigerator! It’s very spacious and easy to get to all compartments.

Beautiful fridge but only worked exactly 1 year. Compressor gave out and freezer and refrigerator stopped working. After waiting a week with no fridge Samsung tech said it was not good and couldn’t be fixed. ALL my food went bad. Samsung claims to reimburse you for all you food loss but that is not true, they average what they think you lost in food after you submit your loss in food. Samsung took FOREVER to approve my exchange with Best Buy. Also freezer door only slides Open so far and it freezes stuck. I do not recommend this item if you have children with a possibility of it breaking down. So far I am without a refrigerator for a whole month . Purchase the warranty for any refrigerator you get it’s worth it.

Looks beautiful works well. The ice maker isn’t as efficient as I thought it would be. Other than that it is great!

Great value and even better refrigerator. Lots of ice and internal filtered water taste like bottled water.

I bought it in Dec 2020. After 20 months, the fridge and the freezer are not cooling at all. I contacted the Samsung, and they said it was out of warranty. They estimated that the repair cost was 1/3 the value of the entire refrigerator, and I not sure if they can fix it. I can't believe that Samsung refrigerators are such of poor quality and so many people recommend it.

looks good and delivered on schedule. problem is the assembly attached to the left doorwas either poorly installed or defective. see pics. waiting for a total tech service that is about a month????

Very roomy. Quiet. And it gets pretty cold. Led light looks nice and the black stainless os very shiny. Now the downside very pricey. Don't lile how the left side door opens and the magnet thing swings it will hit the other door unless folded. Dont. Like the freezer slide door feels like not opening far enough and no access to rhe ice maker if something goes wrong. Would I buy it again. Yes

This was purchased in a semi-emergency situation. After much consideration we chose this refrigerator. Having the inside water dispenser may seem strange as someone who has never had that, but the look of a clean exterior is well worth it! The finish is great and the fingerprint resistance is real. Any smudges or prints wipe right off without any cleaner. Storage capacity is excellent. My only criticism is with the delivery. Best Buy has such strict policies regarding what the installation techs are and are not allowed to do. There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to some of their policies. My installation was changed to a drop off delivery during the delivery. I had to turn off the main water supply since our basement is finished and the shut off for the fridge is hidden. Due to this minor hiccup the installation tech would not touch my old fridge. Even though I clearly showed them water was off to the entire house their hands were tied. I had to unhook and install the fridge myself. The product is great, deliver and installed can be much improved.

I usually have good luck with appliances many lasting 20 years but I had an LG fridge that went through 3 ice makers and finally stopped freezing stuff after 7 years. No more external ice makers and water dispensers for me...So, I bought this Samsung on sale and so far, it is simply awesome. About the same cubic feet as my last one but this has so much more door space on both sides with no ice maker in the way. It holds a constant temp, and while initially slow, the ice maker located in the freezer storage area keeps a good supply of ice at all times. The one thing that impressed me the most is that the fingerprint resistant SS was actually great. I though it might be a gimmick but it really does hardly show any prints..a winner..
