This is our first "drawer" refrigerator. It is very attractive and "big", but I think it could have been architected a little bit better. I'd have preferred it be a few inches wider than deeper. I think the ice maker in the door rather than both in the door and in the fridge would have made for better shelf organization and efficiency. The left door with the cold seal closes a bit loud and rough, which also wouldn't be as big of an issue if the ice maker was just in the door and not half-door and half-fridge because there wouldn't be shelf storage banging each time the door closes. There aren't any "tall" shelves for taller drink containers like wine bottles or large milk or tea jugs. You can adjust one shelf so that it slides back to make a taller shelf, but only half-deep, so it really isn't very much "tall" shelf room. Or you can remove one shelf on the same side as the ice maker, but there again, because the ice maker is both in the door and in the fridge, you're only getting half as much "tall" shelf space there also due to the ice maker parts that are inside the fridge itself. I wanted an ice maker, but I didn't realize exactly how much fridge space that would take up and again, I think it's the design and not unavoidable, with a redesign since fridges have had ice makers for decades and they have been better designed to maximize space before. It would possibly be better to be able to rearrange and customize the shelf space as needed. I'm adjusting to this "drawer" storage idea, but so far I'm not sure its better and I'm wondering how much fridge and freezer space I've lost to the door/drawers division. It is technically a bigger fridge, but I don't know if it is actually roomier than my older, slightly smaller fridge because of the ice maker and shelf design and I'm not sure it would be bigger on its own, if I hadn't kept our old fridge for the garage. I've only had this appliance for a week. My purchase date was 12-1, but it wasn't delivered until 12-24 and it would have been 12-30, if I hadn't logged into my Best Buy account and noted I could move the delivery up, which Best Buy said they would inform me of if it was possible, but no one did - I might have been able to have the fridge much sooner if I'd logged in sooner and checked for earlier dates, but I took them at their word. So, I'm still getting a feel for it. It is very attractive and very quiet.

Really love the room and the flex drawer, The flex drawer allows you to have a just above freezing but much colder than The main fridge, perfect for meat, breads, anything you want to preserve longer. My potatoes seem to stay perfectly fresh in the veggie drawers. I’m able to keep my large coffee creamer, milk and orange juice in the door the other shelve easily has my tall, large mayo, ketchup, relish mustard and top door shelve has jam etc. I also like being alerted when the door was a not shut, that has helped a lot. The bad is: what fridge has a water dispenser that has no drip tray or a light! The water goes on the floor because the dispenser protrudes beyond the would be drip tray area so it goes directly on the floor! No light is annoying and frankly unreal.

We were leery when we read several negative reviews, But then we realized that virtually EVERY fridge out there has lots of negative reviews, so we decided to roll the dice with this unit which is beautiful and has all the features we were looking for. We’ve had it a month. It initially cooled down faster than I thought and was making ample ice in about 24 hours. The flex drawer’s configuration is easy to adjust and is perfect for deli meat and bottled beer. I haven’t measured with a thermometer, but I can tell that the right door where we keep milk is not as cold as the main body of the fridge so I keep the temperature a degree colder (36) than the recommendation. Plenty of space in the freezer with an extra, shallower storage above the deep one so you don’t have to dig around as much. Ice maker works great, but crushed ice (which we virtually never use) comes out uneven and tends to leave a bit of residual ice on the chute which will melt and drip into the reservoir. Not a huge issue unless you use lots of crushed ice. You can control the temperature with your phone which is neat, I guess, but useless to most people. If your kids leave the door open, you’ll get a message on your phone so you can call home to give them a verbal tug on the ears. Aesthetically, the fridge is beautiful. Clean lines and relatively unobtrusive branding. Overall we’re happy so far.

The stainless steel looks very beautiful. Very nice design with 2 bottom drawers for easier access and a bonus with the fingerprint resistant for households with little children. Compartments inside are nice and adjustable shelves can be used to maximize storage of more items. So far, no issues with water dispenser or ice maker and I believe the frig has been fairly quiet so far. Nothing to complain about yet as it has only been two weeks since delivery but I am crossing my fingers it will last a long time without any issues.

Purchased my samsung refrigerator (rf28r7201sr) from best buy as an open box purchase . It is a very spacious and quiet refrigerator. So spacious that i needed to remove the doors and the faces of the freezer drawers for it to enter my home....that task was simple and quick ! Naomi at best buy in elk grove,ca. provided me with excellent service . The refrigerator and freezer areas rose to cooling temps in a matter of minutes. A lot of shelfing allowing the owner clear and concise organization in the refrigerator area...a Flexzone drawer that one can use for extra fridge space, a extra organization area or as an extra freezer drawer. Great overall refrigerator that i expect to be a staple in my kitchen for years to come .

Works great for now and looks pretty. I like the temperature adjustable flex drawer in the middle. The ice isn't the best type of ice and it is a tiny bit noisier than my old one. It would be better if I could store more tall items upright without losing a shelf. Some small shelves are not very usable. Installers got the job done fast.

This fridge is amazing. This fridge has so much space to put all the food you want. There are all these compartments where you can put just about everything. This fridge chills your food to the best temperature. The ice machine is very good and functional. The handles and doors are nice and smooth. This fridge gets the job done with ease. This fridge fits perfectly in the space I want to put it in. I guarantee this fridge will last for a very long time. Overall, I would recommend this fridge to anyone who wants to buy a good fridge because of how good it is.

Great product. Even bought as previously delivered model, warehouse staff repackaged very well with bubble & stretch wrap for protection & loaded it onto my trailer.

We have the fridge for more than a week now and we are so happy to replace our old GE refrigerator with Samsung one! It works silently. It has so much more space that it can hold 30% more stuffs than our old one. One issue that I have is not able to connect to the WiFi but I am yet to check the manual. We are really happy with this purchase and hope this will last for really long years!!

Great frig so far. Lots of space and the middle drawer is awesome for beverages. Also very quiet.

Love the look of this refrigerator. It is truly a beautiful refrigerator. The only thing I wish was better is the ice maker. It comes out crushed when it's on the cubed setting. It also makes a mess everywhere.

Currently remodeling the entire kitchen. We love the fridge. We wanted a model similar to what we used when we were on vacation. Our airBnB had this same model and we were thankful to find it for ourselves. Plugged it in, works fine, no damage, and delivered on time!

So far this refrigerator is meeting all my expectations. Love the design and the price. I transitioned from a 2-door French door model to this 2-door 2 drawer configuration. Love it so far, especially the energy saving feature---he motor shuts down when I open the door and restarts when I close the door. Note: If you have a tight fit like mine, I have 39" clearance in width for this 36" wide refrig. The wall is not exactly straight and the baseboard sticks out as you can see in the photo. Also note if the countertop goes past the side of the cabinet. I can open the French door 90 degrees with the gap, but not past that point or it would hit the wall. Also, note that the side of the refrigerator is not stainless steel. I don't mind this so much since I don't entertain guests and it is easy to clean, which is more important to me.

10/10 couldn’t recommend a better fridge for the price range. The similarities to the GE profile and for almost half the cost is wild! As an Avid ice chewer, I was skeptical at first on the ice but it’s not a bad shape either. They’re smaller than I expected and not super hard so while they’re not by favorite ice to chew, they are still a great chewing ice.

I’ve had this refrigerator for two weeks now, and it’s been excellent. It offers plenty of storage space for all of my food, and I always have a steady supply of ice for my work cooler. The filtered water is great for both drinking and cooking. On top of that, the stainless steel finish gives it a sleek look that matches perfectly with my other kitchen appliances.

Great fridge and looks beautiful! So far so great. The extra flex drawer is very convenient. The stainless steel looks great and gets much less smudges and fingerprints than our previous one.
