PROS: Amazing internal space Love the double drawers Easy controls Really easy warranty service (needed for my water dispenser and they fixed it really quickly) CONS: Ice dispenser spills ice all over

I've had it a little over a month and we are happy with our purchase. There are a few drawbacks...2 liter bottles will not fit on the shelves unless you slid back the one shelf, and the crushed ice does not really come out crushed. You will get a some that is crushed but most are still larger pieces. I love the middle drawer.

The unit is working well and spacious and easy to clean.

Got down to the correct temperature very quickly and created ice by the evening it was installed (that morning). Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. The 3rd deli tray makes keeping cheese, deli meat, butter, etc. convenient. The ice maker works great but the capacity is much smaller than our old early 2000 era fridge. However, it makes ice very quickly.

Spacious and quiet fridge. So many compartments and energy efficient

A decent fridge, lots of space inside but also no space at all. It gets crowded very easily. I would almost prefer the fridge that this one replaced simply because the old fridge felt much colder. The ice maker on this product is very disappointing. The ice is not fully frozen when getting it from the fridge and it is very frustrating. It is almost better to buy bags of ice than use the ice maker on the fridge.

We truly enjoy this model refrigerator due to the Flex Zone drawer. Like most families we go to the fridge repeatedly for the same type of items, i.e. drinks. The Flex Zone drawer allows us to access those items without compromising the temperature of the main compartment. The fridge has spacious areas for both refrigeration and frozen items. Overall, we’ve been very happy with this purchase

Replaced a LG refrigerator with this unit. First the wife loves the finish compared to the LG as fingerprints don't show. The extra drawer can be used as fridge or freezer. Blue tooth to change Temps and notice when someone leaves door open too long. Overall great product that looks good and maintains temp perfectly. Water filter easy to access and change.

Perfect size, inside is bright and spacious and for the price was perfect.

I've had this for a little over a year now. It works great. only issue I've had is that the ice machine will get clogged with ice every now and then, and the cubes always come out a little crushed.

I’ve only owned this refrigerator for a couple of months now... it performs reasonably well. It is spacious and allows App control for settings in all 3 zones ( refrigerator, flex and freezer). It informs you if the doors have been left open and nags you to close it. No complains this far... so I recommend it on my ownership for 2 months.

This is an impressive refrigerator, both visually and performance wise. The attention to detail and design don't really come into focus until you've had it in the house for awhile and really get to use it. The first impression in the store is one thing but where it shines is once it's in the kitchen and you're using it day to day. The frig stays at the set temperature as does the freezer. The middle shelf is great for keeping beverages cold without using space in the main area of the frig. The ice maker/water dispenser work flawlessly. So while my review is based on about a month of use, I don't see why that would change. I can highly recommend this frig. We have all Samsung appliances in our kitchen and visitors are always impressed by them.

We needed a new fridge for our home as our old one started to leak. I searched the internet for good deals and decided one day to visit our local Best Buy which had this one on sale for a very good price. We purchased it the same day and have been happy with it since its delivery to our home. It is spacious and not loud at all.

This fridge is more than what I was expecting, a lot of space and it looks amazing.

I chose samsung because of the space. I had the earlier model which I loved. It had the door in door. This model does not. I previously tried a GE and sent it back. The space inside wasnt what I wanted. Milk space was in the door. I like to keep mine way in the back. Samsung has the space. The GE did have the door in door. Loved that detail. The Samsung also has a flip up top shelf. Great for tall items. I would recommend Samsung over the GE Profile. Just my opinion.
