So Far So Good. We got a good one keeping fingers crossed. So Big they had to take it all apart to get it in the door! EVERYTHING doors hinges ice maker, drawers, everything. But they did a great job and it is working. Happy I had it delivered.

I've had it for six months and this refrigerator works great. But if I imagined my perfect fridge the ice maker would be raise just a tiny bit so I could fit slim cans underneath it and the ice maker wouldn't be so loud anddddddd the water dispenser would be faster and also not placed so far forward. I can't tell you how many times I have put a glass or water bottle on the dispenser just for the water to fall all over my hand completely missing it's intended target. But I love the drawers and the door space in the fridge. I also love that it alerts you when the door is left open. That's has saved me more times than one.

Had issues in the beginning concerning the freezer not getting cold in temperature to completely freeze our food. Reading the book for this refrigerator the Peak Demand Mode was on. We have a smart meter supplied buy Electric Company. The electric company was controlling the temp in my freezer which stayed at +8 degrees. I disengaged this option and set the freezer temperature to -2. Samsung told me -2 degrees is the proper setting. See page 45 and 55 of the manual to turn off the PEAK DEMAND MODE. Never had a problem since. The ice maker is somewhat noisy but not as noisy as our old refrigerator. Great Purchase.

So far I love the refrigerator. A lot larger than what we had.

There are a lot of features that I like about this refrigerator - many drawers, storage capacity, split temperature control, fingerprint resistant stainless steel, etc. It also is a beautiful match to the rest of my stainless steel appliances.

I bought a similar product from Best Buy over 7 years ago and wanted the same configuration. Very quiet and everything works perfectly. Delivery people did an excellent job in taking out the old refrigerator and bringing in the new. I only need one refrigerator with this one.

Works as advertised. We particularly like the FlexZone Drawer. Installation went without hitch. We also like the trays on the door. In previous refrigerators they tended to be somewhat too narrow to accommodate large containers whereas these are quite spacious. We also like the ability to connect to the SmartThings app which provides notification if the door is left open and review current temperatures. The only negative I have is that it ends up having more capacity that what we actually need .

For the money this fridge has everything I need. Love the lighting and flex drawer plus large freezer. The look is elegant and French doors give the fridge section easy access.

Love the look and the spaces that this fridge has. We have great experience with Danny. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has made our buying experience a very pleasant one.

My family likes this refrigerator. It has a flexzone drawer, were you can switch the temperature. It's easy to clean.

Nice new fridge/freezer with helpful pull out drawer. The only drawbacks are that the ice cubes jump out and sometimes fall on wood floor and there is no receptacle available to stick your hand in to get ice. Otherwise, a beautiful product.

We absolutely LoVe our new Samsung fridge! The delivery team was Great too and even called before they delivered on time.

My 7 year old fridge died so I needed a replacement and went to Best Buy. Everyone there was most helpful in helping me find a replacement that was not easy as I needed Black Stainless and wanted an icemaker in the door. Unfortunately the ice maker is the only thing about the fridge that I am not so pleased with. Don't really like the ice that comes out. I do like the FlexZone drawer.

Good value and gets the job done!!! Easy to install

We replaced our 8 year old GE refrigerator side by side that came with our new home with the Samsung 4 Door French Refrigerator. It is a big improvement in capacity & storage design.

I have had refrigerator for about 2 months. So far it works great. You can put a lot of food in it and like the Flexzone drawer.

We LOVE our new refrigerator! As beautiful outside as it is functional on the inside. The drawer provides easy access to our favorites without having to open the large doors.

Love the storage capabilities, this is one of the best appliances we have ever purchased. Not only does it look great in our kitchen, but we now have everything organized to work for our lives.

This refrigerator is a replacement for previous Samsung refrigerator (which stopped working after 10 years. The new one is more spacious and very good shelf arrangements. It is deeper than the previous model. We like the 4 door feature and ability of storing food and drinks colder than 37 deg. Freezer is also spacious. LED lights and water filter location are much better than the previous model. Twin cooling is allows rapid cooling. The only negative part is the new refrigerator is a lot more noisy. It takes getting used to weird loud clicking. If your bedroom is close to kitchen, you will need ear plugs to sleep.
