Excellent product with nice features. The drawer offers flexible storage options

Love this refrigerator. We were without an ice maker (previous LG ice maker went out and when I called service the parts were discontinued) for several years. The ice maker on this unit has been stellar so far. Especially like the flex drawer.

The product is great. Nice bright lights, easy to use controls, and the middle drawer is very convenient. We have had it for just under a month and all has been good thus far. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because you can hear it vibrating when the house is quiet. If I put my hand on its side and apply a little bit of pressure, it becomes incredibly quiet, but when it take it away, it make a low hum. I assume that is just vibration.

We had to purchase a new fridge when our old one went out. We didn’t realize how much room we needed with a house full of boys. The flex door is perfect for our kids to grab snacks without having to make sure they aren’t climbing the shelves on the top. Only downside was trying to get the freezer to power freeze when it was delivered. It wasn’t much of an issue since we had a separate freezer. The instruction manual was little help to guide us. We just started punching buttons and got it to work somehow.

We love this refrigerator and it's wifi integration. So far so good. Surprised by the amount of storage space in the freezer.

Best refrigerator I have purchased. Has lots of room in it and having the FlexZone drawer is great for juice boxes and snacks.

Overall its good but from inside there is not much space. Its just looks beautiful but interms of space its not that spacious.

cubed and crushed ice dispenser is the worst. It shoots it everywhere instead of falling straight down to your cup. Already had Samsung technicians take a look at it and replace the dispenser but it is the same thing. They told me they could not do anything about it. Over $2,000 refrigerator and dispenser makes a mess every single time.

This is the best refrigerator I’ve owned. Spacious and the perfect slide out compartments. Looks amazing and works amazing .

We recently upgraded our fridge due to expecting our first child. Our old fridge was a side-by-side and worked great, but everything felt crammed in, this fridge is amazing. It has some features that we don’t use, like the app comparability. Also, the first few days it made a high pitched noise that sounded like it was coming from the back of the fridge, however after it got broken in a little the noise went away and now the fridge is nearly silent. Love it!

We finally bought a fridge with the water and ice dispenser. Does not disappoint. We love the middle drawer. I thought we were loosing space especially in the freezer because of it but it’s much better. We went 1 cubic square foot bigger than what we previously had too but this was much slimmer looking and fit better.

Great fridge with some quirkiness. The flexzone is not really necessary, but has served us well as a soda can tray (it has a specific setting for beverages, etc.). I have found the shelving in the main fridge to be awkward, as you almost have to take a shelf out to stand common taller items upright (a gallon of milk, 2L of soda, etc.). The ice maker makes an adequate amount of ice, and the freezer is a good size. Overall a decent product with the 10 year inverter warranty from Samsung.

Love this refrigerator. Don’t know how I lived without the refrigerator drawer. So convenient for drinks, snack, cheeses, butter, etc. refrigerator section above has more than adequate room for everything. Freezer also big. Definitely recommend.

I love this fridge!! There is plenty of freezer/fridge space. I love the drawer for cans.
