Seems to be a good refrigerator. Had to adjust to a french door model but have more room than old one. Got a good price on this one so it is a great value for us.

We recently upgraded our fridge due to expecting our first child. Our old fridge was a side-by-side and worked great, but everything felt crammed in, this fridge is amazing. It has some features that we don’t use, like the app comparability. Also, the first few days it made a high pitched noise that sounded like it was coming from the back of the fridge, however after it got broken in a little the noise went away and now the fridge is nearly silent. Love it!

Great fridge with some quirkiness. The flexzone is not really necessary, but has served us well as a soda can tray (it has a specific setting for beverages, etc.). I have found the shelving in the main fridge to be awkward, as you almost have to take a shelf out to stand common taller items upright (a gallon of milk, 2L of soda, etc.). The ice maker makes an adequate amount of ice, and the freezer is a good size. Overall a decent product with the 10 year inverter warranty from Samsung.

Absolutely love this fridge! We had an only KitchenAid fridge, it was easily 15 years old so it was time for an upgrade. My dad has all Samsung appliances and loves them so we went with this fridge. It is very spacious and I love the fact that it is a smart fridge that can connect to an app to alert you to anything you need to know. The drawers are easy to pull out so my 5year old son can access the freezer and flex drawer.

WARNING!! The icemaker in these Samsung refrigerators will freeze up and stop working within about a year of owning the fridge. You'll need to either use your warranty or use a hairdryer to defrost the inside of the icemaker every few months. Look it up - it's a known issue. Totally ridiculous.

This fridge is great and we love it. We originally bought this same fridge 5 years ago for our first home, so when we moved and needed to buy new appliances the decision was easy. The middle drawer is super convenient and has it's own temperature control. Although Samsung moved the temperature controls to inside the door, the water and ice dispenser mechanism on the outside of the door is upgraded compared to years past. I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

Great layouts, French door makes it very easy to store food and beverages. Freezer below has a magic drawer and good separation storage.

So far, love the refrigerator. The middle drawer is extremely useful. The extra 2 cubic feet of storage is amazing.

This is our first Samsung fridge and it's spacious interior, quality exterior and functionality make it a good purchase. The only negative so far has been the ice-maker which produces crushed ice mixed with the cubed ice which we prefer.

The drawer is super convenient as well as the adjustable shelf configuration options. Things don't seem to get buried as easily as in past fridges, even though this is much larger than anything else we've had. The only thing I would improve is the left door, it requires an extra push to close (if the right door isn't open). This isn't an issue for me but teens aren't as diligent at making sure anything is properly closed... good thing there is an alarm for doors left open.

LOVE the Flexzone Drawer, we keep the beverages in there and it helps keep everyone from shuffling things in the rest of the fridge trying to get their beverage of choice! Husband LOVES the water dispenser. And the Freezer enables us to pick out what we are going to cook for dinner for the week from the upright freezer and making daily trips to it. Enough room to put the meal prep for each night together too! I love this Fridge, guess I am a grown up now, more excited about an appliance than I was before.
