Purchased from the bestbuy outlet. It was a beautiful fridge. It had a great design and size. But it was leaking water and the freezer was not staying cold. Repair guy said it was not repairable. Customer service was great though and finally ended up sending me a new refrigerator. Not as nice and smaller but it works.

The refrigerator is great overall. I marked it down slightly because the water/ice dispense area in the front of the unit is more narrow than it seemed making it slightly difficult to sit a larger cup down. The refrigerator has a lot of internal storage space but some of it is oddly shaped making storing things inretesting.

Nice fridge. Lots of space. Fridge did have a dent in the side that we discovered after so make sure you inspect fridge upon delivery.

Read a lot of online reviews on BestBuy, Amazon, Home Depot and other review sites. My unit is quiet and doesn’t make all the extra noises that others have complained about. The shelving is a bit limited. We passed on the model that was priced $600 more with the extra “convenience door”. The delivery team was very professional and handles the refrigerator with care! No dents or scratches. Watched them unbox and moved with dolly.

Best fridge I ever purchased. The delivery was great too. They notified us that the first one was damaged offered to get money off or take it back to get a brand new one sent out agagin.

Bottom freezer holds much more than side by side. Middle drawer convenient for small items and not having to open larger doors.

Love the refrigerator, Best features is the fingerprint resistant stainless steel and the flexzone Drawer.

The refrigerator is great and has a lot of space inside and the extra drawer is a nice feature. It was a disappointment to have it delivered and left with some sticky residue all over the front and the handles were not installed. We had to wait a week of opening the fridge from the top and then install the handles ourselves. Not what we are used to from BB.

This refrigerator is quite roomy with variety of temperature control. The FlexZone drawer is great addition.

I’m not a fan of reviewing items too quick and most retail shops want you do it right away. The reason is people need to hear the long term results with an item not just their initial reaction. That being said I’ve only had this fridge for a little over a month. I like it but do not love it. The shelf storage layout is not great. The storage on the doors also is not great. I had a side by side previous to this unit and it seemed like the layout and storage was better. My wife has the same opinion. The ice maker is also noisy. The kitchen is outside our master bedroom and we hear ice dropping all night. Let’s just hope it lasts a long time. We’ve had bad luck with Samsung appliances over the years. We had a washer and dryer and both didn’t last more than 4-5 years. The Samsung dishwasher couldn’t wash a dishwasher was a the worst piece of junk we’ve owned. The reason we bought this unit because refrigerators are in limited supply and we had little choice. Hopefully we don’t regret the decision.
