I like it very much, But the lever switch to release the water and ice could be a little stronger.

I love my new refrigerator, I find vegetables stay fresh a lot longer . The cool zone keeps my kids juices boxes at a great temperature and I love that I can use my phone to control temperature settings. The only downfall is cleaning the bottom shelf it takes a team effort to get it off.

Purchased from the bestbuy outlet. It was a beautiful fridge. It had a great design and size. But it was leaking water and the freezer was not staying cold. Repair guy said it was not repairable. Customer service was great though and finally ended up sending me a new refrigerator. Not as nice and smaller but it works.

This is a great refrigerator. We love the ice maker and water on the door, The French doors make it nice to require less room to open and helps contain the cool temp inside along with plenty of room and adjustable shelves. Then this is the first time we ever heard of a flex drawer and we really love this feature. Then the bottom freezer is also well designed. I'd definitely buy this again!

Only had it a couple of days so far great ! It's nice to have a refrigerator. It was a problem getting it installed. Make sure you have an up to date water line -- no copper or tubing just stainless steel. Also besides measuring the opening to get the refrigerator into the room. I didn't and then had to have my doorframe enlarged so I could get the refrigerator into my kitchen

Due to COVID19 I found myself ordering a new refrigerator online. I know, Scary Right? My ordering online was certainly better then I could have ever expected. The refrigerator is perfect. It fits perfectly where it needed to go. Also, we had it delivered by Best Buy’s Delivery Service. The installers were very nice, quick and they cleaned everything up after themselves. They even disinfected all surfaces that they had touched.

Replaced our old Samsung refrigerator with this one. We’ve only had for about 30 days. So far so good. Love the flex drawer. It keeps drinks super cold without freezing them. The only thing I miss is the door tray in the freezer. Looking into that as an option.

Bought it for my daughter and son-in-law. They are very happy with it! Very roomy. Would recommend it to anyone.

We have not had it very long. My wife loves it. Someone mentioned the ice maker makes to much noise. It makes some noise when filling with water and dropping ice. I don’t feel it is over noisy. Overall the refrigerator is quiet.
