Beautiful fridge and we’ve loved it. The space alone makes it worth it.

So far so good. Lots of great upgrades from our old , leaking fridge. Great delivery folks got this I. Out kitchen even after I thought it was too big to get into kitchen.

I have used this for a month and so far it has been good. Was able to connect the fridge to my Smart things and it notified anytime the door was open more than the usual time. The delivery crew was excellent. They did a good work of moving the existing fridge outside and bringing this large fridge inside without any issues.

Need a bigger fridge for storage bought this beast of a fridge and we love it thank you very much

Great layouts, French door makes it very easy to store food and beverages. Freezer below has a magic drawer and good separation storage.

We love the look of this french door refrigerator. It holds a lot. It is quiet. Easy to clean.

Fridge is great. Layout provides a lot of storage room in both fridge and freezer sections. The flex drawer is the icing on the cake. It's great to always have cold beverages available at your fingertips without having to dig through the fridge!

Amazing purchase , beautiful fridge and excellent space

The fridge is great…. BUT the delivery was ridiculous. This was the 3rd attempt to get the fridge set up. The first crew was supposed to be an install crew for the water line, instead they were a delivery crew … anxious to get moving because they only had 20 minutes for the delivery. The second crew was professional and found that the fridge left was damaged. The 3rd crew had a guy from the first crew… unprofessional doesn’t rude to the incompetence they displayed. They didn’t set it up with the shelves, drawers… left all the packing materials…. They were offered a towel to catch the water when changing the line and said no…. Then proceeded to leak water onto the floor and decided to just leave it there. Absolutely nothing acceptable. Best Buy should do better.

We had a side by side frig that didn't have wide enough shelves for some of the items we had. We had a four door Samsung in our other house for a few years that worked flawlessly. So, we bought this Samsung four door for this house. Do far it's been working beautifully

Replaced my white side by side with this black stainless steel 4 door a month ago. I have been longing for this fridge for years and just love it! We use the third draw as our “beverage center “ the drinks are always at a perfect temperature and it is amazing how much it’s holds. The top capacity is also great and everything is at eye level so no bending down to get a piece of fruit. A gallon of milk fits easily on the door and plenty of room for condiments. The freezer has plenty of room as gravity helps.

Fridge works great have lots of room and extra space. Hooking up the water and ice is an added bonus.

A must have if replacing multiple appliances with Samsung. Great fridge does everything it says it will do. Only compliant would be the fridge doors don’t always close easily. You will get alerts shortly after on you TVs to close the doors.
